Oppose Indo-Pakistani. I don't see any sources using that adjective for the heatwave, and we shouldn't make things up. Would be ok with 2022 India–Pakistan heat wave per RandomInfinity17, and also don't see much problem with the current title either; it may be a case of WP:AINTBROKE. — Amakuru (talk) 21:19, 5 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
