St. John's School of Alberta[edit]

Compare your edit which was reversed by another user that said the bishops were informally associated with the school to the quote in reference #5 in the article:

Company of the Cross. "St. John's/Company of the Cross Annual Report", 1971. "In legal fact the company is two companies, each operated under the auspices of an Anglican bishop, one in Manitoba under the bishop of Rupert’s Land, the other in Alberta under the bishop of Edmonton. Since the bishops renew the members in the company’s service annually, they could presumably dissolve the company by refusing to admit new members.... Each time the one of the company’s activities raises public question or controversy ... the bishops find themselves assailed with the same questions: Are these people part of the church, or are they not, and if they are what controls does the church have over them?"

Your edit was therefore incorrect ad I agree with the reversal. Sounds like a pretty clear relationship. And please note, it is not okay to mark revisions and edits as "minor" when they are more than wording or grammar. Changes to meaning of sentences etc are not minor. =Restoration of info you deleted in talk[edit]

The correct method is to archive it. Even though it was your contribution, you cannot simply delete. It makes it difficult to understand what is going on in the talk page, and in this case, it obscures you relationship to the article's topic, c.f., Talk page guidelines - own comments. --Fremte (talk) 17:58, 18 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for the correction on my technique. I will read up on how to archive, and attempt to do it properly next time. Your patience with a wiki beginner is appreciated. Sgbotsford (talk) 01:35, 21 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
