Chronology of the DWU

Hey, thanks for asking me to give it a look :) Oh, if it did become an FL, it would be somewhat groundbreaking in a way because all of the current entertainment and media FLs are lists of episodes! :) ~ZytheTalk to me! 21:10, 28 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, yes, the Jack Harkness article is one I'm working hard on to apply for GA. I just want to wait till at least Sunday because someone's bound to write up a 5 paragraph "Last of the Time Lords" summary and ruin it.
If I can rant about my feelings about the JH article, my main concern about it is whenever people try and replace every instance of "bisexual" with "pansexual", which while equally accurate, is a distractingly complex and ill-defined term. It's also sort of "neater" to say bisexual and then elaborate on Jack's wide ... range of appeal. Also, Jack's lead section. It needs some ... expansion into a "summary of the entire article", roughly three paragraphs would be the recommended side, but it's hard to contract his character history, role in the series, and of course important things like airdates and spin-offs. Grr. Anyway, I'll get it. That article's a sort of... project of mine at the moment.~ZytheTalk to me! 22:38, 28 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there. Thanks for editing the Ron Thompson article that I've just started. I was wondering why you've removed the sentence you did. If you Google him, you'll find dozens and dozens of verifiable news article on his disappearance (he went for 18 months without showing up at the legislature). Indeed, the House even declared his seat vacant, before rescinding its action following advice from his psychiatrist. Lincolnite 22:43, 30 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ask someone about possible political reasons of my user:talk page hacking

I've tried to describe wikiPage hacking creating some article WikiPage containing false difficult detectable changes but when discussing administrator told me, that better not to use {{helpme}} in the article and that we need some specialists in wikiArticles hacking field (maybe from inteligence becouse I created the category Red Army crimes) and attack in specific style started. Immediately it was marked for speedy deleting again! Ttturbo 23:20, 30 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Voyage of the Damned

Gosh darnit! I was going to leave Wikipedia running so that I could immediately create the new article - but then I forgot, and by the time I turned my PC on, the page was already up and running! Laïka 23:37, 30 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sick of Wikipedia

NB: standard message for various users. I feel that I've been persecuted on Wikipedia, and have thus decided to take a long Wikibreak. I do not feel that Wikipedia can ever really succeed when users are picked on for applying policy and admonished from warning vandals. On this point, I agree with User:RickK. There's a full explanation on my userpage, and I'd appreciate any comments anybody has.--Rambutan (talk) 05:52, 1 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The page should not be a candidate for removal now that I have rephrased it in my own words. Please explain why you have restored the template after my editions and what I need to do more to keep the article. This person has a degree of significance and should have a Wikipedia article. See my comments under the named article. /Benzocaine 16:45, 1 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Response to RFA nomination

Thank you for your offer to nominate me for RFA. You are the second person who has contacted me in the last two weeks with this idea.

I have to decline because, as YechielMan (before I changed my username), I applied for RFA in early June. I have linked both my RFAs in my user subpages, and you can see that a number of legitimate concerns were raised.

An old adage says that time heals all wounds. Come September or October, if I am still working on the project, I'll give it another try. Thank you again. Shalom Hello 02:46, 4 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image (Image:Last of the Time Lords.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Last of the Time Lords.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 03:13, 4 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Huh?

Excuse me but do I know you? I am unaware of any cabalistic conspiracies but also I don't recall coming across you in the past, so I have no idea what these wild allegations are based upon. >Radiant< 09:43, 4 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hallo

Haysup! Where are you? I know I'm in Canada, but I get 0.5% privacy and that's only in the mornings. :( Get on MSN, will you? I need someone to talk to. My cousin is pissed and sleepy. Bai. Øřêōş 12:29, 4 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello

I've just read through your user page and find myself thinking what a likeable sort of person you are :-). And that's a gooooood collection of music ^-^.

Anyways, I actually came here to let you know that I collected a lot of diffs about Angie Y.'s behaviour (which I left on her talk page) and it struck me that something does need to be done about her; her behaviour is really not very nice. However, I'm still quite an inexperienced editor and I don't really know what action to take or where to go...I saw you were involved and were quite an experienced editor, so I wondered if you could help me out? Although only if you have the time :). Thanks.

Dear Will,
I wish you the best 4th of July you have ever had,
and that you enjoy living in your country

Snobs

Can you please tell me how I can change my new page Snobs (nightclub) so it is not deleted? Thanks! Cls14 20:31, 4 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair enough. But what level of proof do you need and how well known does a place have to be to make it onto Wikipedia? Cls14 20:34, 4 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is a very strange interpretation of policy indeed. If this is really the spirit of the law, who's getting to work cleaning up the Chemical Ali article? Robert K S 01:39, 6 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi

I was wondering WHY you rejected my [Max Green] wikipedia page??? I spent a LONG time making it, though it may not SEEM like it, i DID. Theres not much about him, as its a NEW band , so hes a NEW bassist. So you would see that what I had was A LOT of information. Please listen and change your vote? thanks for reading.

Rock Gods

Please remove your script that automatically redirects "rock god" to "rock music." There is no discussion of the term "rock god" within this article. I've started an article on rock gods and use of term, but had to title it "gods of rock and roll" because of your script. Thank you.Pkeets 01:03, 7 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Will. I did a redirect on "Rock God" but your popup script changed it back. Please check the history on the "Rock God" page.Pkeets 13:58, 8 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, you're being too cryptic, and I don't understand what you're saying about editing "Rock Gods". "Rock Gods" isn't the problem; your script redirects "Rock God." Did you look at the history of the "Rock God" page?Pkeets 16:28, 11 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You can speedy this if you like, I was spinning out from the main Emmylou Harris article, but on seconds thoughts we don't need this. Ceoil 21:02, 7 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The Lava lamp page isn't protected. 69.159.195.108 (talk · contribs) just reverted it to a version that claimed it was protected and I undid that vandalism. you just returned it to the version claiming that the article is protected, even though it is open for editing. 85.233.185.234 22:02, 7 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Oops, you already noticed and fixed it. Thanks. 85.233.185.234 22:03, 7 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Haha... yeah... not much. Half-heartedly looking for a job over the holidays, some sort of bar-tending thing appears to be looking promising. I cannot contain my excitement. RfA

Hello Sceptre.

Evilclown said that he wants to start the RfA today 'cause he'll have a lack of internet access tomorrow. … That's why I added the answers on the RfA page. Consequently I would start it now. ;) Greetings, —DerHexer (Talk) 15:53, 13 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Ol' 81...

Given that one of his template edits[1] had Adam Mitchell back as companion for much of season 4, I'd just like to know where he's getting his ideas from. I can understand why some people have fooled themselves into thinking Eccleston could be back for Christmas, but some of his contributions were just bizarre. --Mark H Wilkinson (t, c) 06:35, 14 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
