It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. You've obviously copied the Story section from here and copied it word for word. Don't EVER do that again on Wikipedia - that's a copyright violation. You've taken someone else work and claimed credit for it. You need to rewrite it, completely, not just changing a few words here and there. I've found a couple of other articles where you've done this - you need to review ALL of the articles you've created to make sure you didn't do this anywhere else. Thank you. Okay, you've got some cleanup work that NEEDS to be done before you create further articles. At least four of the past articles you created you just copied the synopsis from another website. All of that is copyright and all of that needs to be cleaned up. That means removing it and requesting a CV Deletion on the revisions. Don't do this again, really. Rvsran, I don't believe you when you say you've not had any other accounts. I think you're avoiding a previous block as Arnav19, Thilakshan, etc. There are several indicators in your editing style that make me think this: you've created a blitz of articles on Tamil TV shows without regard for any sort of quality or expending any effort actually trying to maintain those articles. These articles are laden with errors, yet you propagate these errors to the next article, and the next article, like a virus. This is exactly how Arnav19 used to edit. Arnav19 also used to violate copyright laws by copy/pasting plot summaries into articles, which apparently you think is okay as well. So, I'm not convinced you have never edited here before.

Going forward

Rvsran, I have unblocked you. Sorry for accusing you of being Arnav19, I was incorrect. The area you are interested in, namely Tamil television shows, has been problematic for a few reasons: Arnav19 created many of them, and he made lots of mistakes. So every time he created a new article, he would copy mistakes that he made at Article X into Article Y, Article Z, etc. I've spent years cleaning up after him, and it's been a real pain in the arse. For instance here he is messing up an article you created. So here's what I need you to help with moving forward, please, because it will help to stop the spread of these problems.

• Please read Template:Infobox television so that you understand the proper usage of the infobox parameters. For instance:
  • |location= This is only used to indicate a nation of production different from the origin country. So if an Indian series was produced in Thailand, then we'd use Thailand. If it was produced in India, then we don't use the location parameter. Arnav19 would mistakenly add things like "Tamil Nadu", "Chennai", etc. which is clearly the wrong usage.
  • |country= India is a country. Tamil Nadu is not. I know you know this, but Arnav19 did not.
  • |related= This parameter is for spin-offs, reboots, and adaptations only. Not for shows that are thematically similar.
  • |preceded_by= and |followed_by= These parameters are only used to indicate franchise shows that came before or after the show we're writing about. Example: Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (1993) was |preceded_by= Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987). Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (1993) was |followed_by= Star Trek: Voyager (1995). We do not use these parameters to tell people what show was on thirty minutes earlier or later.
• Looking at this version of Magarasi shortly after you created it, a few notes.
  • Soap opera should be written "Soap opera" in the |genre= parameter, not "soap opera". We should probably also not include drama, because soap opera encompasses drama, romance, melodrama, etc. We probably also should not include "family", because it is not one of our generally recognised genres. We also should not be linking to the Tamil television soap opera article. There's nothing unique about Tamil soap operas that would warrant this. The primary topic is [[Soap opera]] and that's what we should be linking to. Arnav19 wrote this article and has spammed it across hundreds of articles.
  • At Tamil Selvi, please don't use arrows in prose. There are many reasons for this, but the simplest is, we use words to communicate, not symbols. If an actor replaces another actor, then we should say that. Example: "Ashwin Kumar and Vijay, as Amudhan, Tamil Selvi's husband. Vijay replaced Kumar in the role in YYYY, after a dispute with producers about ___." Similarly, do not use slashes, because this can create a lot of confusion. Example from a different article: Giaa Manek/Rubina Dilaik as Jeannie/Jenu/Chutki/Gita/Rajjo Ji/Roopa/Mrs.Khanna. I can't tell who is who. Are these multiple characters? Reincarnations? Impostors? Octuplets? Nicknames? Did two actors play all of these or some of these. See the problem?
  • At Tamil Selvi, please avoid parentheticals whenever you can. We should be writing in complete sentences. Example: Meena Vemuri as Sudamani (Chinthamani's sister) should be "Meena Vemuri as Sudamani, Chinthamani's sister. Sometimes we might use date ranges like (2019–2020). That's okay, but any other usage is probably not ideal. Another thing to consider: In Indian television articles, there is too much emphasis on family relationships, and not enough character description. Per WP:TVCAST, we should be explaining what role each character plays in the series. "Jane Bloggs is a businesswoman who is unhappy in her marriage. She is constantly trying to find ways to murder her husband". This content tells readers who aren't familiar with the series who each character is, and doesn't require us to use labels like "protagonist" or "antagonist", which are interpretive. See WP:PROTAGONIST.

Guidance

Hey there, I noticed this edit. Just to give you a little guidance, Indian TV articles almost never have well-written character descriptions. Across the board, people seem obsessed with very trivial information, usually just family relationships like "Sharada, Sakthi's step-sister". It's fine to provide context that would allow a reader to understand whether someone is the protagonist or antagonist, without having to use those labels. "Mamta despises Manish and is determined to put him out of business." That gives us the idea that Mamta is a villain. Hope that helps. You might want to look at List of SpongeBob SquarePants characters, as it will give you a general idea of what we're looking for, with List of Millennium characters being an example of what these sections could look like, with enough effort.
