Problems with upload of File:Eli-and-the-thirteenth-confession.png[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Eli-and-the-thirteenth-confession.png. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or provided a license tag. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

To add this information, select the appropriate license tag from this list, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the information to the image's description. If you can't find a suitable license tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. If you need help, post your question on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 03:30, 9 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Your GA nomination of Pulse of the Early Brain[edit]

The article Pulse of the Early Brain you nominated as a good article has passed ; see Talk:Pulse of the Early Brain for comments about the article, and Talk:Pulse of the Early Brain/GA1 for the nomination. Well done! If the article has not already appeared on the main page as a "Did you know" item, or as a bold link under "In the News" or in the "On This Day" prose section, you can nominate it within the next seven days to appear in DYK. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy FA status[edit]

Hello there, it has been a while since I've been very busy working but I've recently nominated Kanye West's acclaimed 2010 album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy for FA status after running through it again and as someone who did comment on my previous two FACs for Kids See Ghosts and Late Registration, I thought you may be interested in leaving some comments at the FAC. K. Peake 21:48, 31 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The file File:Jamiroquai - Virtual Insanity.ogg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

nothing in the sample content indicates contextual significance to the whole song in question, how free text is inadequate to guide readers what the whole song is about, and impact to readers' understanding of the whole song, especially if omitted from the project.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Your edit to Miki Matsubara[edit]

Hey, I just wanted to let you know I reverted your edit where you changed the image on the page Miki Matsubara. The photo you removed was actually more recognizable, because that's the photo on most of her album covers, however the current photo, while its not a bad photo, its less recognizable. Next time you revert something like this please leave a detailed summary as to why you performed that action. If you really feel that you need to revert my portrait selection, please do so and leave a message or edit summary as to why. Thank you. 108.49.72.125 (talk) 04:54, 11 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

It's not that we can't use the photo, but it's uploaded as a free image which is against commons policy. It could be reuploaded as a fair use image, however.OO 00:49, 12 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
