Dreams and Nightmares[edit]

Dreams and Nightmares is the debut studio album by American rapper Meek Mill, released on October 30, 2012. The album was crafted by Mill to reach newfound cohesiveness and represents two parts; his dreams through performance and nightmares from the come-up in his neighbourhood. Critical response was mostly positive to Mill's venture into the mainstream, which was echoed by it reaching number two on the US Billboard 200. The album was initially promoted by Mill with the Dreamchasers Tour, and a decade later, he performed a 10th anniversary concert.

I worked these articles up from almost nothing in early 2023, starting with single "Believe It". Half a year later, all of the articles have achieved GA status! It is quite a strange timeline that the two last ones were the album and its title track. The article for the track was actually created by me, being a somewhat important moment for hip hop that helps drive this GT itself. --K. Peake 19:31, 10 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment: Great work on the articles! Usually an album topic like this would be expected to include an article about the associated tour (the Dreamchasers Tour). Is there some special reason to think that this tour wasn't notable enough for its own article? Otherwise, it looks like a gap in coverage. -Bryan Rutherford (talk) 14:11, 11 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I researched and there's not enough for its own article, only warranting a sub-section even in the album article. K. Peake 16:20, 11 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I hate to be a downer, but I see coverage of this tour on a Google search; it looks like a missing article to me. -Bryan Rutherford (talk) 00:19, 28 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Bryanrutherford0 I will add an article on this soon, you are right sorry about my late response. --K. Peake 18:48, 16 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Bryanrutherford0 Doing a Google search, there appears to relatively few sources covering this tour therefore an article is not due, unless you can explain elsewise? --K. Peake 06:40, 17 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I won't stand in the way, but it looks to me like the tour should be included. -Bryan Rutherford (talk) 23:02, 17 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment Support: Onsmash is a blog, not sure how reliable. Regarding The Awl, the editors seem to work for previous blogs. Cassius Life. seems to be a blog. There are also a polish and a French website but is hard to access their reliability, so for now they are ok I guess. MarioSoulTruthFan (talk) 12:14, 23 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • MarioSoulTruthFan I have removed The Awl and Cassius Life, re OnSmash it has been covered in reliable places like Vibe and MTV plus the category is hip hop which differentiates it from typical blogs. --K. Peake 18:48, 16 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support: Great job! I think it's enough information on these pages to warrant a topic. Also, the topic mostly covers the albums and there seems to be minimal information on the tour.
