"Harwell's representative reported that he was in hospice care for final stage chronic liver failure on September 3, 2023" is ambiguous.

Did Harwell's representative announce this on sept. 3 or was Harwell in hospice on the 3rd"

Alternate wording could be;

If announced on the 3rd: "On September 3rd, Harwell's representative reported that he was in hospice care for final stage chronic liver failure"

If hospice care began on the 3rd: "Harwell's representative reported that he was in hospice care since September 3rd for final stage liver failure" Delicsouza (talk) 03:50, 5 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
