Pure Francis

The redirect Pure Frances (a misspelling of "Pure Francis"), which currently targets this article, is being discussed at Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2018 April 26#Pure Frances. Input from editors familiar with Robbie Williams and/or the Robbie Williams article would be helpful to that discussion. Please comment there rather than here to keep discussion in one place. In the infobox, it says "Robin", but it should read "Robbie". 88.108.190.192 (talk) 20:55, 2 June 2018 (UTC)

It says that he won the Brits Icon Award in 2016, but in that year, it was given to David Bowie. So, it should say that Robbie Williams won that award in 2017. In addition, he's not won 2 awards for Outstanding Contribution to Music and he has won 12 Echo Awards not 8. 88.108.190.192 (talk) 02:48, 6 June 2018 (UTC)

Not done for now: I'd like to see some reliable sources for that edit, but otherwise Ill leave this edit request to someone with more knowledge in this area. L293D ( • ) 12:09, 7 June 2018 (UTC)

I stand corrected about the Echo wins, it's 10 rather than 12. But, here's a source as to the Brits Icon win from 2016 which was given to David Bowie: 2016 Brit Awards. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.108.190.192 (talk) 15:42, 7 June 2018 (UTC)

Partly done: I pulled a source from the 2017 Brit Awards article and changed that award from 2016 to 2017. As to any other part of your request, please feel free to cite your sources and reopen. ‑‑ElHef (Meep?) 18:48, 22 June 2018 (UTC)

If you look at this page: List of awards and nominations received by Robbie Williams and count up the Echo wins on the list, you'll see he's won 12. 85.211.64.94 (talk) 23:29, 22 June 2018 (UTC)

Done Changed 8 to 12 to be in line with List of awards and nominations received by Robbie Williams. Fish+Karate 12:58, 26 June 2018 (UTC)

18 Brit Awards won is not accurate

Robbie Williams has won 13 Brit awards (still a record), yet 5 of those Brits that are claimed to be his are from Take That, is true that he belonged to the band, yet those Brits were won by the band, NOT by his solo career. Alberto279 (talk) 06:09, 17 April 2019 (UTC)

He was part of the band at the time of those wins. So, they do count towards his tally. 79.70.192.197 (talk) 22:28, 14 February 2020 (UTC)

Robbie Williams had collaborated with Avicii to make "The Days", and I do not see Avicii or "The Days" mentioned anywhere in this article. Adamsummers (talk) 19:21, 2 August 2019 (UTC)

Not done: That is included at List_of_songs_recorded_by_Robbie_Williams, which is linked from this article. RudolfRed (talk) 22:35, 10 August 2019 (UTC)

Near-Total Lack of U.S. Popularity Compared to Massive UK Popularity

Article ignores this phenomenon. Some mention should be made, if not possible explanations. Utter lack of context. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:600:8280:58F0:3D9A:6240:4CF6:6837 (talk) 11:36, 24 September 2019 (UTC)

Robbie Williams - 80 Million Albums Sold Globally

Robbie Williams has now sold over 80 million albums. This sentence in the second paragraph requires updating.

He is also one of the best-selling music artists of all time, having sold 75 million records worldwide. Williams also topped the 2000–2010 UK airplay chart. His three concerts at Knebworth in 2003 drew over 375,000 people, the UK’s biggest music event to that point. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tburris01 (talkcontribs) 14:40, 9 March 2020 (UTC)
