Same person?[edit]

Is he the same person as John_MacMillan_(rower,_born_1932)? They have the same full name, same birthday, both born in London and both went to Cambridge. Skycloud86 (talk) 10:38, 7 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Good point! Canadian Paul (greetings of the season!), could your team please confirm this? Beyond what Skycloud86 says above, it appears that our rower and our officer both attended Trinity College, Cambridge. The list of Cambridge University Boat Race crews has "J R A MacMillan" competing in 1953 (the initials match). And The Boat Race 1953 lists "J. R. MacMillan" in the Cambridge crew as attending Trinity College.
