Controversies[edit]

It seems like this sentence could be removed possibly, as it seems overtly biased and I don't see this index listed on other Wikipedia sites: "In 2015, the American Consumer Satisfaction Index named Cigna as one of the most hated companies in the U.S.[50] Cigna's name returned on the ACSI's most hated list in 2018.[51]" CroissantAvenue (talk) 19:42, 13 June 2022 (UTC)CroissantAvenue[reply]

Agreed. This is not a specific controversy. I don't see this reference on many other company's pages as a controversy. Doesn't seem relevant. WidgetKid (talk) 18:14, 24 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
