I've finished combining the jutsu lists here. It could use a little copyediting to fix some of the language, but that's a moot point. As expected, it's a tad bit too long, but a significant portion can be put under the respective kekkei genkai or character. Sephiroth BCR 00:59, 6 May 2007 (UTC)

The other media ninjutsu page

Given the mass amounts of vandalism and utterly random video game jutsu that are dumped on that page, could we move the relevant jutsu and then set an Afd for it? Incorporating jutsu

Most of the list of remaining jutsu have been incorporated. The only ones I haven't touched are the summoning ones you said you would deal with and the ones with multiple users. For the ones with multiple users, I would place it it with the more major character, or if this is not possible, the character first seen using it. Thoughts? A different take

A few things

I posted a question at Someguy regarding Weekly Shonen Jump and thought you may be capable of answering it. And I just recently noticed the portal of Naruto — that caught my eye; it was extremely interesting and I think a portal may serve for the Dragon Ball-related pages too. Still, there are too many obsessed "fanboys" that want the merged DB pages back and Son Goku's name changed to Goku or Goku (Dragon Ball), Kuririn moved to Krillin, and others. Do I need someone's permission for starting that portal or can I just start it on my own? Lord Sesshomaru

I don't see why you'd need permission to create a portal, though I really know nothing about it; I simply keep it on my Watchlist in case someone discovers and decides to use it. I will say that I see no reason for Dragon Ball to have a Wikiproject and a Portal. We have a wikiproject already. Actually, its a taskforce now like Bleach. Earlier, I have mentioned at the wikiproject to create a separate wikiproject only for the Dragon Ball English dubs. It was opposed. How is a portal not useful? It's either that or another project, or separate articles entitled Goku, Krillin, Frieza, Bardock and the like — which shall use only the dub information. Which of the three would you find most effective:

1. A separate Dragon Ball WikiProject using just dub info
2. A portal for Dragon Ball
3. As said above, articles entitled Goku, Krillin, Frieza, Bardock and the like which of course will use the English dub info

As I said, I only pay attention to the Naruto Portal in case someone uses it (which they don't). That doesn't mean I see a need for it. Can't get this right

I'd disagree, the sources section should stay so ISBNs would be added for each databook, guidebook, etc., to check for verifiability. And what you're saying is incoherent for the few other Naruto character pages have the sources section plus actual refs. Lord Sesshomaru 20:43, 6 August 2007 (UTC)

Adding it with the refs make it look VERY sloppy IMHO, many graphic novel volumes are repeated save for the different chapters and pages within. I'm going to re-add the section you removed (thinking about renaming it "Bibliography") for consistency with the other characters that have it along with the page references. Since you appear to have at least one of the databooks, can you put the ISBN beside it so I can confirm its the correct book? I trust that you own it, but I need to acquire the number for everyone in the community to conduct the research based on that ISBN. Questions, comments or concerns before I proceed? I'm going to place back the sources section to Itachi Uchiha, along with any other referenced page. I'll look for the ISBNs online, may not be so easy to find but bear with me. Since I've stated my reason for doing this and yours is vague, please bring it up on the talk page or ask about it at WP:NARUTO. Once again, I'm aware that these identification numbers are not required upon any rule, but I'll need it to make sure whether it is the correct book. I plan to delete those unsourced statements off Third Hokage. About a week more before I get rid of them, they look false afterall. You said you had access to databook scanlations, did you ever see a reference regarding the Third being a damn dog & Kishimoto rejecting it? To me, it sounds bogus (I could not find any official verification online regarding). And how 'bout those Itachi developments? I hope they're available in the scans. What's your take on the fair use image elimination

I have to say that I'm biased because I've uploaded a fair number myself to other articles which I've sunk time into improving, not to mention all the time it takes to look for and find good screenshots or manga scans. I do agree that reduction in use to some degree is warranted, but apparently not even the previous versions are good enough. That said, I would rather yank my own uploads from article space myself instead of having a 3rd party do it, it still sucks but doesn't feel as bad that way. Durin has a page that he/she is using to keep track of pages with 10 and over fair use images in use; a bunch of the stuff I'm worked on is there as well. Apparently the threshold is 4, as there's another list of pages with 5-10 images used. I noticed that this user 67.140.54.49 has been causing trouble on this Afd talk page and I thought you should know that he deleted every single comment made. See here for page difference. I immediately reverted his edit and gave him a warning about refactoring the other editors comments. If he deletes or edits comments which he didn't make, undo the edit and give him a warning. But if you're unsure about which warning to use or, for your own reasons, you don't what to get caught up in his edits, leave me a message on my talk page and I can take the appropriate action. Shukaku sand

Well, wait - its body is made out of sand, at least during that arc, right? So when it did the long-arms thing, wouldn't that count as manipulating sand? (I don't want to be facetious by just saying that it moving would be sand manipulation, but it does do the elongation stuff that depend on it being made out of sand - Kyuubi can't do that, for example (at least, not that we've seen)).KrytenKoro 03:56, 29 August 2007 (UTC)

I remember the arm, and certainly the shell around Sakura. That article has a peer review, and that "Please rewrite this article to explain the fiction more clearly and provide non-fictional perspective". Also I wanted to point that although sasuke lacks hatred, Itachi Article lacks personality (Worst joke ever...). The discussion page is a hell od discussions and I give permission to delete discussions I started. While a talk page isn't a discussion forum, and it's generally not good practice to speculate on talk pages, users are still free to do so and there's no reasons to delete their comments. It looks like Naruto is a prime target by other editors...

Well... it seems Naruto has become a prime target of mergings by those who aren't satisfied with Naruto and ignore any potential it has. Not to mention how the chances of us reforming Akatsuki (Naruto) in a week, less than that now, is none. But what should we do if there is no way to save the articles? A back-up plan must be decided upon and very quickly.

Well, mabye we should begin to move the characters back into the List of Naruto characters articles if that should happen. Akatsuki is a prime target by others, so we should bein to prepare a move of the character information to Naruto characters and the organization's info to Naruto geography, and turn it into one big Naruto world article. If any other articles become such targets, like List of Konoha ninja, the sub-page for the bigger teams, minor villians and allies, the tailed beasts and summons, and the country topics, we should move the characters to List of Naruto characters and the other info to the Naruto world topic. If the characters themselves become targets, then they should result in the same should merge be inevitable. Team 7, however, has too much info and has too much potential to be ridded that easily.

The characters article will also seem to get very big eventually if something like this happens. Well, mabye we should do what the Pokemon did and make several different pages for it, except by A-B-Cs instead of 1-2-3s.

This does seem rash, but it is the truth: eventually we won't be able to doge a merger anymore, and such a precaution will need to be taken. I volunteered to dig up some more information on their reception in Japanese; unfortunately, all I could find was a bunch of personal opinions on blogs, which are not admissible as a wiki source. Well. I supposed your right, but it still is possible that she actually does love Yoruichi. There are a couple of lesibians in Bleach like that girl in the glasses that likes Orihime. It says in her Wikipedia section that she actually took a picture of Yoruichi when she was naked and that when she was on a date with that guy, she got jealous. Either this is like you said a very deep admiration of her or that in fact that she is a lesibian. First of all she did save him from Tayuya in Naruto Episode 125 and he did say that she was scarier than his mom. Hey Snapper, sorry I called you a retard, I just was pissed off that all my hard work trying to get new info on each ninja's techniques were suddenly deleated. You got to admit, this is good info and they did used these in some cases such as when Choji was fighting the fat guy from the SOund of Four, he used that Butterfly technique to kill him, dude that shit is not minor, it is a important ability and it is one of his techniques. Also when Kiba was fighting Ukan and Akan, he used that replacement jutsu to make his dog a bomb filled with knives. How is the other stuff minor too? It still doesn't make any sense why you keep deleating this stuff just because it is from anwsers.com, all this stuff I put is good info and they used it in some times more than others.
