Kakashi Hatake[edit]

Please stop removing the same line over and over. It's accurate and you're accomplishing nothing. – Someguy0830 (T | C) 21:45, 3 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Can you state the manga chapter or data book page where it states that they passed Hatake kakashi because they needed more jonnins.Iorinyc 22:07, 3 November 2006 (UTC)iorinyc.[reply]

It's mentioned right at the start of the Gaiden that Konoha's dwindling military power necessitates it. – Someguy0830 (T | C) 22:14, 3 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Also, add your comments to the bottom of a page, not the top. – Someguy0830 (T | C) 22:15, 3 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have read the manga chapter several times and it is stated that konoha lacked military power and no where it's stated that they passed Kakashi becasue they lacked jonnins. So, it's your assumption and not the author's word.Iorinyc 22:19, 3 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm fairly certain it's noted somewhere, but I'm not willing to fight over it. – Someguy0830 (T | C) 22:39, 3 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to fight it's fine because i'm a anime freak and been watching and reading naruto since 2001.Also the 4th states that they are going to split up because konoha military is low and it say nothing about kakashi becoming a jonnin due to military shortage. So, until you can prove me wrong i will have to delete you post. Sorry.Iorinyc 23:27, 3 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

More Kakashi stuff[edit]

Kakashi never called the attack out as Lightning Blade. Furthermore, he'd already used it 4 (5?) times that day without showing signs of fatigue; while his limit may have increased since Part I, let's not guess. For all we know, Kakashi might have used Chidori, or he might even have simply coursed electric chakra through his hand and killed Kakuzu with the electricity itself. Also, don't sign on article namespace. You Can't See Me! 23:23, 27 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Dude you know nothing about Kakashi. Chidori and Raikiri are the same tech as stated in the databooks but they are stated differently because of Kakashi's better chakra control. When Kakashi used the 2nd raikiri on Hdian he never stated it was raikiri yet it was which was later proven. So stop speculating about lightning base chakra because haven't shown any skills of that rather he's only been shown doing raikiri. Again Raikiri and Chidori are the same thing.Iorinyc 01:34, 28 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Lightning Blade 1 - he punches through Kakuzu. Lightning Blade 2 - he tries to attack Hidan. Lightning Blade 3 and 4 - he blocks Kakuzu's lightning attack. He was already at his limit. The most he did was channel electricity to his hand for the chop. As there has been no information given on whether he has surpassed his limit, it must be taken that his limit is still four Lightning Blades. Ergo, he merely gathered lightning-based chakra to his hand. Sephiroth BCR (Converse) 01:57, 28 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It's obvious he has surpassed his limits because he was still standing after using 6 raikiris, water wall without any source and summoning jutsu and he still had enough chakra to activate Ms and used the black hole tech assuming it is called Susanoo. For Lightning Blade 2, Kakashi never said raikiri yet it was raikiri and it looked the same so stop assuming taht it's only lightning chakra because Kakashi showed nooo skills of using regular lightning chakra. If you want to argue this, we have very knowledgable vets on Naruto Clash of the Ninja 2 board on Gamefaqs and I'm one of the vets. Dude stop assuming about lightning chakra because Kakashi never used JUST lightining chakra attacks.Iorinyc 02:21, 28 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You're contradicting yourself - you claim that I didn't call his second Lightning Blade a Lightning Blade, and yet admit that I did. Oh, and I have plenty of experience with GameFaqs "vets" on any matter, so don't attempt to wield it as any sort of credential. You have no proof that he did use Lightning Blade, while we can definitely say that he gathered lightning-based chakra to his hand. In any case, stop before you violate WP:3RR. Nail in the coffin: he uses four Lightning Blades. Ergo, he was at his limit, and the most he did was gather lightning-based chakra to his hand. Sephiroth BCR (Converse) 02:35, 28 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I don't have any proof?? What are you talking about?? You have nooo proof that Kakashi didn't do lightning blade and Kakashi has never shown any skills of using an attack based only on lightning chakra so stop assuming. You're judging this only because Kakshi didn't say "raikiri" yet when Kakashi activated raikiri on Oro, we kne it was raikiri because he looked exactly teh same. Also come on CON2 sooo you can be proven wrong and I'm still cracking up you guys don't know the difference between raikiri and chidori.Iorinyc 02:50, 28 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

There's no proof that he did do Lightning Blade. As you have zero evidence that he is able to perform more than four Lightning Blades in a given day, he was unable to perform Lightning Blade at that time. However, given that he was able to teach Naruto how to gather wind-based chakra (cut the leaf, cut the waterfall, perform Spiraling Shuriken), it follows that Kakashi is able to gather lightning-based chakra to his hand. If he is unable to gather lightning-based chakra to his hand, how does he perform Lightning Blade? In any case, I have no desire to go onto a GameFaqs board, and hear the inane opinions of anons who claim themselves to be "vets." I suffered nearly one year of that on other boards, and frankly, it reeks of unintelligence and bias. You're editing Wikipedia, and thus must follow all Wikipedia policies, not merely the policies on GameFaqs boards.
In any case, Lightning Blade =/= One Thousand Birds. Lightning Blade has a different color, different sound, and a different rank. Even if it is a souped-up version of One Thousand Birds, it still classifies it as a different jutsu. If this wasn't the case, then Great Ball Spiraling Sphere, Wind Release: Spiraling Sphere, Flapping One Thousand Birds, and a dozen other things wouldn't be classified as they are, and instead would merely be their basal form. Realize that GameFAQs can only claim to be vets of the game and nothing more. In truth GameFAQs vets are just those who (in most cases) know more about the subject of the game and help out the board by answering questions and such. There are a bunch of other qualifiers which I won't get into here, but vets can be vets while knowing nothing about the general franchise behind the game so long as they know how to play the game. I was a vet for a while on the Pokemon Diamond board for a while before US release and I know nearly nothing about the Pokemon anime and manga, for instance. Point being, you can't consider a GameFAQs vet to be someone with credentials. By the way, you've already violated WP:3RR. Revert again within the next twenty or so hours and you can be blocked. To disprove your claim that he's never used a regular attack with only lightning chakra: this and this. In any case, Snapper has changed the language to make it more neutral as a compromise to both sides. Continue to edit war and you'll be reported.
