Re:McKinney Elementary School[edit]

That's why I placed all the deleted material on the talkpage, to see if anyone else can find anything salvagable from it. If you want, you can re-add what you think is useful but I found that most of the info there can be said for most other schools of its kind too, so there's little point in including it. -→Buchanan-Hermit/?! 02:00, 24 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm. Personally, I don't like that idea. Perhaps just leave it be for now? -→Buchanan-Hermit/?! 06:01, 25 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Welcome to WikiProject Vancouver, btw. Fellow Richmonder, I see. :) -→Buchanan-Hermit/?! 06:12, 26 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

RfA thanks[edit]

Thank you very much for your support for my recent RfA, which I'm quite happy to announce has passed with a consensus of 67 supporting, 0 opposed and 0 neutral. I'm glad I meet your criteria. Most of all, I'm glad you took the time to evaluate my candidacy, as I believe that's what keeps RfA running smoothly, and I'll be working hard to justify the vote of confidence you've placed in me. Please let me know at my talk page if you need any admin-related assistance, or simply if you have any comments on my performance as an admin. Thanks! TheProject 02:15, 1 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You're Welcome! I'm happy you passed. Sir Studieselot 05:07, 1 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Vancouver Wikipedians Meetup[edit]

Greetings, you're getting this spam (courtesy of Tawkerbot) because you were listed on Wikipedia:WikiProject_Vancouver. In short, we're trying to have a meetup and we'd appreciate it if you'd join our Yahoo Group setup to figure out a time/place that would work. You can find the group at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/vancouver_wikipedians/. If you have any questions feel free to make a post there or on the WikiProject page.

Happy Editing!

Thanks! But I don't have a yahoo account.

I've revamped and given new direction to the WikiProject Hong Kong page. Feel free to invite more people to join. The more people the more effective. Be sure to also try and tag as many Hong Kong-related articles as possible with the WikiProject Hong Kong infobox found on the project page. Looking forward to working with you. Dalbury's RfA[edit]

My RfA passed with a tally of 71/1/0. Thank you very much for your support. I hope that my performance as an admin will not disappoint you. Please let me know if you see me doing anything inappropriate. -- Donald Albury 03:27, 14 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I think something went wrong when you uploaded this file. It's only 29KB and won't play. EASports 05:36, 26 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

More busier[edit]

I don't see how some people can have so busy talk pages and so fancy user pages. My talk page hardly ever has any new messages. I don't understand how I can make my user page more friendly. Can someone please help. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 66.183.85.27 (talk) 04:21, 8 December 2006 (UTC).[reply]

Add some comments[edit]

I think I should add some stuff just to make this page more interesting. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 66.183.85.27 (talk) 04:23, 8 December 2006 (UTC).[reply]

Celebrations for 2nd Anniversary of Wikimedia Hong Kong[edit]

An exciting opportunity to get involved![edit]

As a member of the Aviation WikiProject or one of its subprojects, you may be interested in testing your skills in the Aviation Contest! I created this contest, not to pit editor against editor, but to promote article improvement and project participation and camraderie. Hopefully you will agree with its usefulness. Sign up here, read up on the rules here, and discuss the contest here. The first round of the contest may not start until September 1st-unless a large number of editors signup and are ready to compete immediately! Since this contest is just beginning, please give feedback here, or let me know what you think on my talkpage. - Trevor MacInnis contribs 05:18, 23 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

New 10,000 Challenge for Canada[edit]

Hi, Wikipedia:WikiProject Canada/The 10,000 Challenge is up and running based on Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge for the UK which has currently produced over 2300 article improvements and creations. If you'd like to see large scale quality improvements happening for Canada like The Africa Destubathon, which has produced over 1600 articles in 5 weeks, sign up on the page. The idea will be an ongoing national editathon/challenge for Canada but fuelled by a contest such as The North America Destubathon to really get articles on every province and subject mass improved. I would like some support from Canadian wikipedians here to get the Challenge off to a start with some articles to make doing a Destubathon worthwhile! Cheers. --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:55, 22 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
