Fair use rationale for File:Judge Shenker.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Judge Shenker.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. J Milburn (talk) 20:06, 11 January 2011 (UTC)

The template is here: Template:Infobox DreddCJ, although I am about to do a couple more edits to it. Richard75 (talk) 20:50, 1 July 2011 (UTC)

Unfortunately, I've placed this article up for featured article review (here). I'm afraid I have not had the time to check your exact involvement with the article, but this is notification in any event. The FAR is open to comment. Thanks, Grandiose (me, talk, contribs) 16:29, 26 July 2011 (UTC)

A barnstar for you!

The Original Barnstar
Thanks for dealing with the article President (title). I'm sorry about me putting back the tags whose issues you had dealt with. I installed some script-protection software recently that has been messing up the article history, so I saw a past revision of a page and thought you had removed tags without correcting the issues. Here's a barnstar for my troubles. pluma Ø 21:25, 2 October 2011 (UTC)

Question for administrator

{{admin help}} For some reason I can't work out, some of the articles in the Category:Treason does not allow editing section by section -- you can edit the whole article but not the sections. The problem does not seem to affect any other articles or categories, and it goes away if you remove the article from the category, and even if you undo that edit and put the article back in the treason category it still works okay. But I don't want to have to do that to each and every such article as that would be laborious. Is there a quick fix for the category? Richard75 (talk) 15:36, 5 October 2011 (UTC)

Example here: Constructive treason. Richard75 (talk) 15:38, 5 October 2011 (UTC)
Interesting but nothing we admins can specifically help with. Null-editing the page fixes it (see WP:NULL) but I understand that this is probably not desirable. I suggest you ask at Wikipedia:Village pump (technical) where all those editors hang out that know the technical stuff :-) Regards SoWhy 15:42, 5 October 2011 (UTC)
It seems to be some sort of problem with the Wikipedia servers. Clearing the article's cache cures the problem. There have been several server problems today, and my guess is that in a while it will be sorted out. JamesBWatson (talk) 15:54, 5 October 2011 (UTC)
Thanks guys. Richard75 (talk) 00:37, 6 October 2011 (UTC)

The article Jon Haward has been proposed for deletion because, under Wikipedia policy, all newly created biographies of living persons must have at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. The-Pope (talk) 15:07, 9 October 2011 (UTC)
