In answer to your question: No, content in Wikipedia is controlled by the community at large and cannot be assigned to any party even when the article is directly about them. However, Wikipedia is sensitive to the concerns of people we are writing about, and the policy on biographies of living people is one of the more active areas of enforcment.

If you have concerns about the neutrality or accuracy of content that relates to you, then please bring them to the community's attention. The most effective way to do this is usually at the talk page of the article(s) in question. Simply click on the "discussion" tab at the top of the page while visiting the article. In some cases, the topic may be obscure and you may need to contact others for assistance. Disputes related to living persons can be addressed at the living person's noticeboard and other requests might go to the Help Desk. You can also contact other Wikipedian's through their personal talk pages. This one here is User talk:Lkieffer, while mine would be User talk:Dragons flight.

I should mention that Wikipedia strives to be neutral and verifiable, but this means that we will report on all significant material, both positive and negative. Some persons come to Wikipedia with the intent of slanting content towards a particular personal or commercial agenda, and in general this is not allowed. Thanks for the clarification. I've read all this. Ihave concerns that domeone who doesn't kmow about a company puts up information that has issues and tademark problems and when the company goes to correct someone rules that it's too commercial. The company itself (which I presume you represent) has greater risks towards violating WP:NPOV, as there is a conflict of interest. If there are specific concerns with accuracy or trademark violation that need to be addressed, and your edits aren't accepted, please take it to the article talk page in the first instance. If the company wishes to notify someone of a potential legal action, then contact wikimedia themselves, formally. SamBC 17:17, 7 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
