Hi[edit]

Can you please help how to edit carefully LENIE25. (talk) 16:03, 18 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

July 2021[edit]

Information icon Hello. Your recent edit to Zimdancehall appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. Welcome LENIE25![edit]

A warm welcome to you, LENIE25. I noticed you added a message on User talk: Jtmorgan's talk page saying you needed help and that you were new here. Don't worry, that's not illegal. I just want to ask what you want to know about. And remember you can create your own user page too, but that's only if you want to. Here's a few things you might want to know. The next time you use Wikipedia and you get lost for what you're meant to do, read Help: Getting Started. Then you have something called your personal sandbox. A sandbox is your own space where you can experiment with edits, for example, if you want to create an article but don't feel ready you can use the sandbox to experiment before you're happy with what you're about to create as an article. If you work hard enough, you could be awarded with a barnstar. Barnstars represent how outstanding you've been to Wikipedia. For example, if a new user shows up and you're kind to them, then maybe he or she, or maybe another user that notices, will award you with the Kindness Barnstar. Or if you have a great number of edits, a user can award you with the Writer's Barnstar. If any of what I told you didn't answer your question, then let me know. Pleased to meet you LENIE25, and have fun with editing!!

Thank you so much LENIE25. (talk) 18:37, 21 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Your welcome. If you have any other questions, Then leave me a message at User Talk: Sparklestern. I'm always there to help other New Wikipedians. Besides, everyone's been new to Wikipedia before. Sparklestern (talk) 22:28, 21 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Note: click one of the Highlighted words to go on that particular page you want to see. For example, if you click "Help: Getting Started" You'll automatically go to that page. There is also the Teahouse to answer questions for you (though you might already know that). Wikipedia :Teahouse Click the words above to go to the teahouse and ask a question. Or you could useWikipedia: Village Pump, though thats only used for more important questions. Even I haven't used the Village pump. Or you could go to Wikipedia: live chat instead, though that's for important questions too.Sparklestern (talk) 23:38, 21 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Nashtvzimbabwe requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, a group of people, an individual animal, an organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content, or an organized event that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. ----Rdp060707|talk 09:42, 22 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Sdrqaz, please learn to make proper WikiLinks. Twilight Sparkle 222 (talk) 18:04, 16 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
And which links are you referring to, Twilight Sparkle 222? Sdrqaz (talk) 19:30, 16 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
"Visit the page" is not a link. And also, Shinsoman is not a link. Try clicking the link and see what I mean. Don't create the link if you know is doesn't exist! Twilight Sparkle 222 (talk) 21:50, 16 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
More and more baffled. Shinsoman is a link. As shown by the different colour to the rest of this text. This is also a link: "visiting the page". You've contradicted yourself: if it wasn't a link, you wouldn't be able to "[t]ry clicking the link". The reason why the link is red is because the page does not exist. However, when I left that message, it did exist. As my message states, the page was nominated for deletion and then deleted. See Help:Wikilink. Sdrqaz (talk) 22:28, 16 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
That's exactly what I'm trying to say! Shinsoman is not a link because the page doesn't exist. Twilight Sparkle 222 (talk) 22:36, 16 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
We're going around in circles here. It is a link. The type of link is a red link. When I left that message, the page did exist: I was notifying Lenie that it was going to be deleted. If you still don't understand after reading Help:Wikilink and WP:Red link, please go to the Teahouse to ask why people leave messages with red links. While you're there, don't lecture the hosts to "learn to make proper WikiLinks" or tell them "Don't create the link if you know is doesn't exist!". As another note, please read WP:THREAD. Good day, Sdrqaz (talk) 23:06, 16 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, you're right. I'm wrong. I apologize for my behaviour and will read your suggested pages. Twilight Sparkle 222 (talk) 12:46, 17 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

LENIE25. , Here's some information about Wikipedia's rules to editing…[edit]

LENIE25., I remember last time we met I told you the basics of Wikipedia. It's recommended that you read Wikipedia:Help or Wikipedia:Your First Article before trying to create an article. If the pages you are trying to create keep getting tagged for deletion, and if you keep making vandalism/invalid articles, you'll risk your Wikipedia Account and you will be blocked (Meaning a Wikipedia Administrator will seek your account and will BLOCK it, so you can't edit anything, including articles, your talk page and another user's talkpage. Usually blocks are only temporary, but some can last for a very long time).

For more information about blocking, see Wikipedia:Blocking.

If you want to know how to create a perfect article, see Wikipedia:The perfect article.

Speedy deletion nomination of Amageza Amahle[edit]

Hello, LENIE25.,

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Joseywales1961, and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I have tagged an article that you started, Amageza Amahle, for deletion, because it is a very short article that doesn't provide readers with enough context to determine who or what the subject is.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.

For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Joseywales1961}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Amageza Amahle moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Amageza Amahle, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Concern regarding Draft:Amageza Amahle[edit]

Information icon Hello, LENIE25.. This is a bot-delivered message letting you know that Draft:Amageza Amahle, a page you created, has not been edited in at least 5 months. Drafts that have not been edited for six months may be deleted, so if you wish to retain the page, please edit it again or request that it be moved to your userspace.

If the page has already been deleted, you can request it be undeleted so you can continue working on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia. FireflyBot (talk) 18:53, 23 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Amageza Amahle[edit]

Hello, LENIE25.. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Amageza Amahle".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been deleted. If you plan on working on it further and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Liz Read! Talk! 17:03, 28 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
