I have tried to provide greater specificity to your links, in support of the statements made in the article, which I hope is to your satisfaction. I deleted the itunes link because it doesn't seem to work unless one is an itunes member. If you have further particulars from Soundscan and itunes that can be readily linked, I believe that would add to the last statement in the paragraph, in relation to "countless protests". Also, some of what is happening here--such as the "Badfinger - Come and Get It" album, seems to be quite close to being legally actionable by the estates of deceased group members as a form of passing off. Are you aware of any developments here that you could reference in the article?

Many people have iTunes and can see the comments. Soundscan is a member service and I have access to the info. There is no page on the internet citing the comments that I can find, but I can do this by specifying the links, as you did. Dustygreen (talk) 02:28, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
