Biruitorul implied that your IQ is low, and I figured I'd let you know. --Madmans stone (talk) 20:13, 18 July 2012 (UTC)

Many thanks for reporting... a mixture of personal attack/campaigning... I'll take it into accounts... --Cavarrone (talk) 20:38, 18 July 2012 (UTC)
Sure, no problem. Btw, the reason Beer doesn't like you is because he is very religious, and your articles on all those porn stars probably rubs him the wrong way. So he figured that until you come to Hell, he'll give you a preview of what you can expect once you arrive there. --Madmans stone (talk) 11:26, 19 July 2012 (UTC)

Per your PROD decline reason - I simply can't find the Google News evidence you mention. All I can see is this, and there is no in-depth coverage there. What did you come across that I have missed? — This, that, and the other (talk) 02:18, 21 July 2012 (UTC)

As I wrote in the edit summary, you should look at Archives, here. Actually I see 744 multiple language-news articles about the subject (if you don't see the same clear your cookies and internet preferences). Regards, Cavarrone (talk) 06:26, 21 July 2012 (UTC)
Ah, OK. I didn't know about "Archives"... I will keep it in mind for future. Thanks. — This, that, and the other (talk) 06:35, 21 July 2012 (UTC)

Moto Martin

I didn't prod Moto Martin because the sources are offline. I checked the sources and one failed verification and the other was only passing mention. I'll submit to AfD. --Dennis Bratland (talk) 14:24, 23 July 2012 (UTC)

I've added sources to this and voted keep. BTW if I created lots of stubs on Italian films would you be up for adding the director/cast to them? There's a huge amount missing for Italian cinema that's all and could do with a blast or two.. If not, no worries♦ Dr. Blofeld 21:57, 23 July 2012 (UTC)

Well the idea was to blue link films from a given year at a time, e.g Italian films of 1969.♦ Dr. Blofeld 08:58, 24 July 2012 (UTC)

OK! Started four films in List of Italian films of 1930. I've hidden text within them to make adding the director and cast easier.♦ Dr. Blofeld 09:14, 24 July 2012 (UTC)

Thanks. You're not an Italian speaker by any chance? I rough translated Nerone (1930 film) from It wiki,♦ Dr. Blofeld 09:48, 24 July 2012 (UTC)

Thanks. Cool, a native Italian editing articles on Italian cinema, what we always needed on here!♦ Dr. Blofeld 11:51, 24 July 2012 (UTC)

I started Ettore Petrolini. I've hidden the Italian text underneath to make it easier to check. I can hide most of the english text too if you like as it is a large article. Very notable actor though as you say, shouldn't have been missing.♦ Dr. Blofeld 12:04, 24 July 2012 (UTC)

Yeah try your best and I'll then go through and copy edit and try to source it as I've done so far.♦ Dr. Blofeld 14:44, 24 July 2012 (UTC)

I stubbed Il padiglione delle meraviglie, you might add something from Italian wikipedia or something you pick up in google books.♦ Dr. Blofeld 15:04, 24 July 2012 (UTC)

ADW.Launcher

Hi Cavarrone,

I just saw that you removed the PROD from ADW.Launcher, citing 214 articles in Google archives.

Are you sure about that one? Because I don't see anything in it that comes near the requirements of WP:NSOFT. It's basically just another launcher app for Android. One with good reviews to be sure, but I think it's going a bit far to call it a significant piece of software... -- BenTels (talk) 20:09, 25 July 2012 (UTC)

I'm note "sure", I just see many articles that appears to be significant coverage per WP:GNG. I have not ADW.Launcher nor Android so I'm far to be an expert in this field, if you are not convinced about the notability of this software you are obviously free to sent it to AfD. AfD is sure a better venue for this article, as prod should be used " for uncontroversial deletion", and the notability of a subject with that coverage sounds to be at the best controversial. Cavarrone (talk) 20:19, 25 July 2012 (UTC)
Okay. I'm sick as a dog right now, so I don't trust my own judgment. When I'm feeling better I'll take another look at the available resources and see if I can find anything that adds that little je ne sais quois and act accordingly. -- BenTels (talk) 10:48, 26 July 2012 (UTC)

COI+ certification proposal

I've thought of an idea that might break our current logjam with paid editing. I'd love your sincere feedback and opinion.

Feel free to circulate this to anyone you think should know about it, but please recognize that it hasn't been agreed upon by either PR organizations or WikiProjects or the wider community. It's also just a draft, so any/many changes can still be made. Thanks and cheers, Ocaasi 15:15, 28 July 2012 (UTC)

Deaths and redlinks

Hi, it has been a longstanding practice at Deaths in 20xx that redlinks remain for one month after the death. The discussion is scattered throughout the talk pages, here is one example Talk:Deaths in 2008#Redlinks, part II. There had been lots of arguments about whether deceased individuals were notable or not. The one month period is considered sufficient for an article to be written, to establish beyond doubt that the deceased was notable. One month after the death, all redlinks are removed, as there is no clear evidence that the person are notable. Sorry to be officious and revert you, I did not realise that you were not aware of this consensus. Regards, WWGB (talk) 13:24, 1 August 2012 (UTC)

Removing PROD from Insight Debugger

You mentioned some books in the edit summary. We have a phrase here for that kind of situation: "citation needed". Or in general Internet parlance, "pics or it didn't happen". Please be specific about what you found, it helps a lot. All sources I found were either wikis, forum posts, or single pages of questionable reliability. And not much books; the only ones which mention the subject seem to be prints of Wikipedia articles. As for AFD being the best venue... I think particularly WP:COMP suffers from lack of participants in AFDs, which is really sad. It can take months to build any kind of consensus. So I am somewhat sceptical. But maybe it's just me. Good night. Keφr (talk) 20:48, 2 August 2012 (UTC)

  • That is what I see [1]... maybe are all false positives, maybe not... I'm not an expert in WP:COMP area, but in general proposed deletions should be used "for uncontroversial deletion", and this subject could be controversial, so IMHO here an indepht discussion between editors that are expert in this field is preferable to a fast and silent deletion. Regards, Cavarrone (talk) 21:03, 2 August 2012 (UTC)
    • They seem to be about an unrelated debugger based on GDB, with an identical name. It probably doesn't even run on DOS. That might be notable based on these sources, but right now we have no article on it. Anyway, call yourself invited to the discussion. Keφr (talk) 07:28, 3 August 2012 (UTC)
      • Thanks for the invitation, but I'm really neutral in that. I'm not the most qualified editor to discern among these sources. My best, Cavarrone (talk) 09:06, 3 August 2012 (UTC)

I've sourced the awards in the article. And from what I can determine the Canadian Filmmakers' Festival has become a fairly big deal in Canada and for Canadian filmmakers.[2][3] Winning 'Best Documentary' would then be a pretty big deal itself. Same for Whistler Film Festival... referred to as "the next Sundance" and becoming more and more important to Canada and Canadian film.[4][5] its Phillip Borsos Award for 'Best Canadian Feature Film' would itself seem a big deal to Canada, even if not having a worldwide impact. Wikipedia sometimes reflects an occasional systemic bias toward things Canadian. All we can do is continue to hold that festivals notable to Canada are notable enough for en.WIkipedia. Thanks!

I have preferred to send you a mail, but unfortunately, you didn't enable it. What I want is to thank you now as it seems over, for your comments in the sockpuppet investigation page, actually; when I first saw the COI issue, I was pretty distracted and didn't know what to do. It may seems naive, but I really didn't think about it that way; I have feared to violate some policies or guidelines while editing in the favor of the employer, and tried to not do so, but I didn't think at all about COI policy and if that even would makes a serious problem on Wikipedia. However, when I read what your wrote in the investigation page, I felt pretty sorry and guilty, like if I have disappointed someone who deeply trusted me. Then I have decided immediately to admit it and say everything, and it was the right but the hard choice, that is why I want to tell you: Thank you very much! And I am really sorry for disappointing you, I promise I willn't do such a thing every again. Cheers --aad_Dira (talk) 12:00, 11 August 2012 (UTC).

Lo zio indegno

Greetings Cavarrone, I just wanted to let you know that I took a look at your recently created article Lo zio indegno-- This image is real great. However, I noticed there are some holes that may need filling: the article contains grammatical errors. It would be great if you could also add references to the related article Nastro d'Argento.

Many thanks, very kind, but, if possible, I would be glad if you could review the article and fix the errors, I'm Italian and my level of English is not so high, so I'm not really surprised if my articles need copyediting. Cavarrone (talk) 19:01, 10 August 2012 (UTC)

Hi Cavarrone,
Thank you for getting back to me about Lo zio indegno. I'll touch up the article.
I am a researcher at Carnegie Mellon University examining how to make interaction in Wikipedia more effective. Our research has shown that certain types of feedback encourage Wikipedians to edit more while others seem to discourage them. Experienced and less experienced Wikipedians seem to have different reactions to very similar feedback. I am interested in interviewing you about your reaction to the message I sent you. A discussion with you will help us better understand the types of feedback that can encourage newcomers's participation to Wikipedia without turning off old-timers.
I can talk with you via online chat, on Skype, over the phone, or just through Wikipedia messages if you are more comfortable with that. The interview should take under an hour. You do need to be over 18 years old, and consent to be a part of the study in order to for me to interview you. This study has been approved by Carnegie Mellon's research ethics committee (the IRB), and the Wikipedia Research Committee.
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you soon. We will be glad to send you a draft describing our research results right after the interview.

  • As far as this is concerned, I'm afraid you're incorrect because the ref I added is her official website, and as soon as you scroll under the first photo on the ref, it clearly states "sexual orientation: bisexual". Given that, I reverted your change (but I kept the condensed title). Erpert Who is this guy? | Wanna talk about it? 18:13, 11 August 2012 (UTC)
  • This is not a website in which she has the editorial overview, is just a "personal website" that sell pornographic scenes with her, like tons of other personal sites (ie look at Puba.com network or at the other personal websites of the same XXXFastPass Network). She just shoot the scenes for it, then the webmaster and the network make all the rest. The editorial overview of the website is by XXXFastPass Network, and for a website that should sell bisexual scenes it is obvious they say she is bisexual... This is not a reliable source and we know porn is full of "gay for pay", so... I revert this and you are welcome to provide an alternative website, including a personal blog, if she have, but something in which we are sure that it is her voice that claims to be bisexual. Regards, Cavarrone (talk) 18:45, 11 August 2012 (UTC)

How do you know this? Erpert Who is this guy? | Wanna talk about it? 06:16, 12 August 2012 (UTC)

  • Because it is how the most part of these sites works (eg search for the story of Milton twins website). Because editorial overview is by XXXFastPass Network. Because this "official site" has not a biography section, has not a blog, has not a link to her twitter or myspace, does not mention her other activities or films, has not a proof of reliability nor a proof of involvement of Taylor except for the scenes it sells, it is just a collection of scenes for sale, and you cannot even subscribe this site without subscribing the whole XXXFastPass Network. And because of common sense: if this is the only place in which is declared that Isis Taylor is bisexual it is not enough to write this thing in an encyclopedia. I'm not saying I'm sure she is not bisexual in her private life, but we need a stronger evidence of that. Cavarrone (talk) 06:38, 12 August 2012 (UTC)

Batth

Hi, you've just removed the PROD at Batth, saying that a look at GBooks shows that the clan "must surely exist". Can you give me some examples, please. - Sitush (talk) 11:53, 23 November 2012 (UTC)

  • Horace Arthur Rose, A Glossary of the Tribes and Castes of the Punjab and North-West Frontier Province
  • The Illustrated Weekly of India, Volume 94, Part 4
  • Alfred Horsford Bingley , Sikhs, Atlantic Publishers & Distri
  • Punjab District Gazetteers, Atlantic Publishers & Distri
and so on. Cavarrone (talk) 12:17, 23 November 2012 (UTC)
Hm. Not a single one of those is a reliable source. No British Raj ethnology is considered to be reliable: they mixed up clans, mis-spelled names, engaged in scientific racism, created social units that did not exist (a sizeable number of academics even blame them for the caste system), etc. If the clan is not mentioned in modern sources then either it does not exist or it no longer exists. And if our only verification for an extinct clan is Raj sources then the presumption is that the sources are wrong. I'll take it to AfD but hopefully this gives you some useful background for the future. Btw, H. H. Risley and James Tod are particularly useful example articles re: just how poor was the Brit stuff on India (and I am a Brit!). - Sitush (talk) 12:34, 23 November 2012 (UTC)
You looks as an expert in this field so you are probably true. About the rest, prods are for "uncontroversial deletion" and when there are multiple printed sources that refer to the topic its deletion became at the best controversial. Regards, Cavarrone (talk) 12:59, 23 November 2012 (UTC)
I actually couldn't see those results when I GSearched, hence it was not controversial from my pov. It is a known problem that Google does not return the same results for all users. It still isn't controversial, actually, because my comments above are supported by consensus at WP:RSN etc. But off to waste some time at AfD I go :) Sitush (talk) 13:04, 23 November 2012 (UTC)
Oh understood. Good enough. Cavarrone (talk) 13:05, 23 November 2012 (UTC)
Ha! And now I've just realised something. Don't worry about the goings-on but there are documents called "classification lists" maintained by the various states and union territories of India. Basically, they're trying to combat casteism by providing a means of positive discrimination for communities that they deem to be oppressed etc. I'm just wondering whether if I trawl through all 40-odd lists & the (completely different) central government list then I might find a mention somewhere. I'll try to do that over the weekend and if it turns out that they are mentioned then I'll remove the PROD that you have reinstated. My apologies for not thinking of this before - I should know by now that those lists rarely seem to appear in standard searches even though they are hosted on government websites (maybe they use noindex or something like that).

Hey, C, you could get to enjoy sorting out the black hole that is our Indian social article content. If you ever fancy a dabble or are in need of some info then just ping me. - Sitush (talk) 13:35, 23 November 2012 (UTC)

Hey Cavarrone, personally I support you trying to keep India's real name off her WP article, but going by what I've seen in various "request for comment" discussions lately if there's a credible source available for exactly this kind of thing (birth/given names versus professional names or pseudonyms of any kind) the majority have been siding with inclusion of the real name. A few suggestions

Hi Cavarrone! Thank you for your contributions. I wasn't sure if you were still following the thread on my talk page, but since I am a member of both {{WikiProject Film}} and {{WikiProject Comics}}, I thought that I would offer a few suggestions. Given the number of articles that you have created about Italian comics and films, it would save work for other members of those projects, if you would add the appropriate stub tags and WikiProject banners when creating articles.

  • Stub tags should be as specific as possible, and per WP:FOOTERS, they should go AFTER any categories. For comics, Category:Comics stubs has a list of appropriate stub tags, and I see that you have already been using {{Italy-comics-stub}}. There are hundreds of stub tags for films, but instead of just using "film-stub", there are several specifically for Italian films by decade, such as {{1950s-Italy-film-stub}}.
  • And every article can be added to WikiProjects, by adding templates to the talk page of the article, so that members will work to improve the articles that fall under those subjects. For comics, please add {{comicsproj|class=|importance=}}, with the parameter "|Euro=yes" if it's Italian. For films, please add {{WikiProject Film|class=}} with the parameter "|Italian=yes" if it's Italian. Comics images can also be added to the project by placing {{comicsproj}} on the talk page of the file image.

Thanks again, and keep up the good work! Fortdj33 (talk) 22:06, 4 February 2013 (UTC)

  • yay, thanks for the suggestions, sincerely I have never given too much weight to the specific parameters of stubs, I will start to pay more attention to them! My best, Cavarrone (talk) 07:51, 5 February 2013 (UTC)

I have not give one of these out for a while, but your fine work at Chicken Park has been impressive... so I am both pleased and honored to present you with the Silk Purse Award in appreciation for your superb improvements to the article, essentially changing what the nominator saw as a sow's ear into a terrific silk purse... showing by example that needing improvement is not a reason to demand deletion. Are you sure that this really is unfree? The photo was taken before 1976 which is what is required for {{PD-URAA}} per {{PD-URAA}}. Do you think that the text might be copyrightable? Or was the image first published outside Italy? --Stefan2 (talk) 14:31, 27 February 2013 (UTC)

Sure? No. I cannot exclude it... I cannot confirm it. About PD-URAA, I am unsure if the image passes the first requirement (the image was first published outside the United States). However feel free to tag/move the image if necessary: you surely are more competent than me in this field. Cavarrone (talk) 15:46, 27 February 2013 (UTC)

The AdBrands page I cite is a transclusion of content from the magazine Advertising Age that is behind a paywall. When I first created that article, it was the Leading U.S. Advertisers of 2007 or 2008, and the information was available in the World Almanac, also a reliable source. But since the World Almanac no longer prints the list of top advertisers, I had to get the list from somewhere else. Also, on the "Bushranger bailed me out on Crab puff, it's worth noting that the article is less than 48 hours old; it's very likely that I could have finished it later. pbp 14:34, 27 March 2013 (UTC)

Hello. Just letting you know that the notability tag has been removed from this page after some improvements, with the message that if you are still concerned, you could take it to AfD. Best wishes, Boleyn (talk) 17:15, 2 April 2013 (UTC)

CPVIO

I am utterly baffled by the way the SPI-CPVIO developed. I had never ever thought that OrenBochman would have such a grudge left after the AfD. I knew he was not a pleasant person, but this still surprises me. The Banner talk 00:49, 3 April 2013 (UTC)

Unfortunately, Bochman is already unblocked. The Banner talk 00:52, 3 April 2013 (UTC)

Something completely different.

Could you take a look at Kidz Bop (album), Kidz Bop 2, Kidz Bop 4, Kidz Bop 5, Template:Kidz Bop and the discussion at my talkpage here: User talk:The Banner/Archives/2013/April#Kidz Bop 30 tracks. I really don't know if GermanDude100 is a vandal or just somebody who completely fails to understand the concept of sourcing. My sense of humour is now suffering! The Banner talk 20:10, 3 April 2013 (UTC)

Kidz Bop

I saw your comment, Kidz Bop 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 all have 30 12 exclusives tracks. Kidz Bop doesn't advertise them anymore. If you look for the commercial it'll say "30 tracks". The 18 tracks are the store exclusive thus making them more popular, and hard to find the other songs, but luckily my parents ordered the CDs by phone so I have the songs. — Preceding unsigned comment added by GermanDude100 (talkcontribs) 18:48, 5 April 2013 (UTC)

Hi Cavarrone, I hope all is well with you. I just thought I'd drop a note to say that I'm working on restoring to apparently a "notable" (and non-delete worthy) version of the article on the porn star Janet Mason. I don't know why the article (in various forms) has been deleted so many times, but I'm working to strengthen it so that it can stand on its own merits. There are plenty of lesser porn star articles that are allowed to exist (not that its justification), but why Janet's have been targeted so many times I don't get.

By the way, per Notability for a Porn actor/actress she qualifies in all respects. She's been nominated for several awards, done significant work in a particular genre (MILF), and is now considered a crossover actress with mainstream credits and accomplishments. If you can help out in any way, it would be appreciated. --Scalhotrod - Just your average banjo playing, drag racing, cowboy... (talk) 04:24, 9 April 2013 (UTC)

I'm taking a look and it sounds a bit difficult... I didn't know her, she apparently has just one nomination in an individual award (AVN best milf actress in 2011) and she is mainly engaged in amateur porn so you need to work on her mainstream career. I searched for "Paige McFarland" "Janet Mason" on Google, she had a brief career in fitness contests and probably somewhere there are some reliable sources about her "double-career", I have just found some blogs and forums. Katharina Bregant

OrenBochman wrote me to contact you. Katharina Bregant is an article of german wiki with 22 pictures and documents at wiki commons. Perhaps you coul help me to reduce the article an to correcht wrong english, so it is practicable for the englih version of wiki. She was the member of a great austrian family, who have taken their part in austrian atmost military history for the last 350 years (For example there was a member of tzhe family, who was aide de camp of prince eugene of Savoyen THe austrian Fieldmarshal) Thanks a lot--Bregant1 (talk) 17:32, 7 April 2013 (UTC)

  • I have no idea about why OrenBochman sent you here, maybe just because I pointed about some questionable behaviour by him. However, at first glance, he was here correct. Try to add, as more as you can, inline citations that comes from secondary sources (eg. books, newspapers, magazines), then remove the rest that you are unable to source. Remember that her family does not affect her own notability. Cavarrone (talk) 18:03, 7 April 2013 (UTC)

Thanks for answer, i have reduced the article and tried to improve the english. Perhaps you could make a glance.--Bregant1 (talk) 07:23, 10 April 2013 (UTC)

Sockpuppet?

Hmm, the evidence is interesting but I AGF'ed and came to the conclusion that it could have been an IP user who finally decided to create an account? When I first signed up you could argue that I knew more than would be expected with the technical side of things, but that was because I had a lot of experience over at Wikia, rather than being a sockpuppet.--Gilderien Chat|List of good deeds 18:09, 21 April 2013 (UTC) Frankly, I strongly doubt. However I wanna AGF and remove my note. Cavarrone (talk) 18:14, 21 April 2013 (UTC)

Adult award nominations

Hi Cavarrone, since this issue seems to have had some activity lately, I'd like to get your opinion on the matter. Personally, I am for including nominations for a particular adult actor or actress, but I feel that the list should be complete, not just a sampling or a few or the more recent ones. What are your thoughts on the matter? --Scalhotrod - Just your average banjo playing, drag racing, cowboy... (talk) 18:30, 21 April 2013 (UTC)

  • I am for including nominations too, and I understand that include a full list could be difficult and that a couple of noms could be missed, but IMHO the most important thing is do not let the readers think that a random nomination to a 2013 XBIZ award is the only nomination that an actor/actress has received outside of his/her awards. Cavarrone (talk) 18:56, 21 April 2013 (UTC)

Then we are in total agreement on this. The only thing that has stopped me from adding nominations to any particular article is simply the time it takes to compile them. First on my list is the award nominations for India Summer, but again when I have time. --Scalhotrod - Just your average banjo playing, drag racing, cowboy... (talk) 19:04, 21 April 2013 (UTC)

  • Yeah, I know, it requires a bit of time. Cavarrone (talk) 19:20, 21 April 2013 (UTC)

Oumini Contro

Hello! You state in the history file that "Contro gli Oumini" means "Against Humanity". Now please, I do not question your re-edit, if Italian is your first language or if you speak it fluently. However your comment seemed a bit insecure ("mmm"). And the word "gli" is an article, isn't it ? "gli Azzure" = "the Blue's" (the Italian national team). So "Contro gli Oumini" should then mean "Against the Humanity", or am I wrong ? About the word "Contro", we seem to agree that this means "against" ? And latin based languages put adjectives after the noun that's described. However I'm not sure that "against" / "contro" is an adjective… But it still seems to me, that in English following of words, "against" cames before what's against. You don't say "I'm abortion against" but "I'm against abortions" - just asan example. Hence I think the title refers to "against" something. But what if not humanity ? Italian Wikipedia directs the word "Oumini" to "Homo Sapiens", latin for humans. You didn't state what the Italian title really means. What translation to this anti war drama do You suggest ? Best regards Boeing720 (talk) 22:09, 5 May 2013 (UTC)

Yes, I'm Italian. About my insecurity, it depends from the fact that "Uomini contro" is (intentionally?) an ambiguous title, and to know the exact meaning we should go look into interviews to Rosi or similar stuff, but none of the possible translations could led to "against humanity", it would be a grammatical/syntactic non sense in Italian. To be clear, Uomini (men) here is the subject, not the object of the world against. The title literally reads like "men against…, period", and the object of the "against" is not indicated. On the other hand, "essere (to be) uomini contro" or "essere un uomo contro" is an existing formula and indicates someone who is explicitly and publicly "against" the laws, the established powers, the society rules, the context in which he acts… in short, someone that rebels against the status quo (in this acceptation it could be translated into something like Rebelling Men). Finally, "Uomini contro" is even a short form for "men put one against the other" ("mettere due uomini contro", or "mettere delle persone contro" are formulas you can easily hear in Italy); I cannot exclude this is the correct interpretation of the title but it is the less probable.
IMDB gives us some little indications: it lists as a secondary international title "Men Against…" that seems to suggest the first option, while instead the French title "Les hommes contre" seems to suggest the second option ("contro" as an adjective in the direction of "rebel"). All the other foreign titles are completely different, sign that probably the Italian title is plain and simple an ambiguous formula with no immediate meaning nor an easy translation. Cavarrone (talk) 23:10, 5 May 2013 (UTC)
Thank You very much for this indeed detailed answer. If I understand You correct, "Uomimi contro" is if not equal , so similar to "Regazze contro…" and this is not a case where an adjective "shifts" place with a noun, when comparing latin based languages with English. (However the Italian title can be mentioned untranslated….) Boeing720 (talk) 01:18, 6 May 2013 (UTC)

Peter-No-Tail pictures

I am trying to clean up some edits made by a person to the Peter-No-Tail pages. Would you happen to know if both of these pages are for the first movie, or if the one on the right is for a different movie? —RRabbit42 (talk) 13:39, 24 May 2013 (UTC)

  • I'd say it's the same film, but I'm not sure. Sorry. Cavarrone (talk) 14:11, 24 May 2013 (UTC)

Hi Cavarrone, I again proposed the deletion of 2009 Arab Nations Cup qualification, this time with a rationale. I'm sorry I did not add it last time on the main page, but I did add the reason on the talk page. FootballStatWhore (talk) 16:05, 25 May 2013 (UTC)

A very neat solution

This is a very good idea. Given the sourced content of the article, it ought not be controversial. If it's reverted, the reverting editor has nary a leg to stand on. Sticking with "adult entertainment" and "erotica" in the article shows good faith on one side of the editorial divide. Striking the cat, which is thoroughly in line with the refs, would be enough to rebut the assumption of good faith on the other. Thank you. David in DC (talk) 21:46, 29 May 2013 (UTC)

Why are you accusing me of spamming?

Listen, I'm not trying to spam Wikipedia, I'm adding what I believe is relevant information to the article. When editing Wikipedia, I believe that good articles set a good example on how to edit other articles. The Jenna Haze article is a good article since it meets the criteria. Please take a look at the format used on the Jenna Haze article's awards section. I would like to continue using this format on other articles without other users accusing me of spamming and reverting my edits. Thank You. Rebecca1990 (talk) 06:36, 12 June 2013 (UTC)

You were explained multiple times on why these noms are unrelated to the subject but related to a specific film. The Jenna Haze awards section is not the standard, we don't have lists of awards about any film an actor starred in, you are quite active in pornographic-related articles to know it very well, this is why we have different articles for Tori Black and Tori Black Is Pretty Filthy, however thanks for pointing me the Haze article, I'm cleaning up it. --Cavarrone 06:50, 12 June 2013 (UTC)
P.S. If you are so interested in that film you could easily start a separate article about it. Cavarrone 06:55, 12 June 2013 (UTC)
Excuse me, but I was not pointing out the Jenna Haze article for you to "clean it up", because it does not need to be cleaned up, I was pointing it out to you so you could understand that I am not spamming other articles. If you take a look through the Jenna Haze article's revision history, you will notice that it became a good article on June 13, 2010‎, and those awards you removed were on there at that time and were not added afterwards, in fact, I'm looking through the articles history and those awards have been on there for about six years without anyone removing them and they even made it through the good article nomination process. But no, you just had to remove them from the article in a failed attempt to prove you're right instead of admitting that you were wrong. I kindly ask you not to remove those awards again since they are relevant to the article and beginning an edit war can lead to a good article being delisted. You don't seem to understand the difference between someone "starring" in a film, and having a film completely dedicated to a performer, so I will explain the difference to you: Putting all the awards for a film an actor/actress starred in that isn't about them into that persons article would not be appropriate. For Example, putting all awards for Pirates, Pirates II: Stagnetti's Revenge, Babysitters and Cheerleaders into Jesse Jane's article, would be spamming. The awards you removed from the Jenna Haze and Jada Stevens articles were not spamming since they are related to that performer. And what makes you think that Jenna Haze's article isn't the standard but somehow Tori Black's article is? Last time I checked, neither Tori Black nor Tori Black Is Pretty Filthy are good nor featured articles. Rebecca1990 (talk) 16:46, 12 June 2013 (UTC)
I invited you to start a separated article about the film, because they are separate topics. Best Director Award or Best Gonzo Release are patently not related to Stevens. At all. Cavarrone 18:52, 12 June 2013 (UTC)
