Fair use rationale for Image:JBT Zebra.jpeg[edit]

Image:JBT Zebra.jpeg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Assessment comment[edit]

The comment(s) below were originally left at Talk:Zebra (The John Butler Trio song)/Comments, and are posted here for posterity. Following several discussions in past years, these subpages are now deprecated. The comments may be irrelevant or outdated; if so, please feel free to remove this section.

Comment(s)Press [show] to view →
Start class:
  • Green tickY A reasonably complete infobox
  • Green tickY A lead section giving an overview of the single
  • Green tickY A track listing
  • Green tickY Reference to at least primary personnel by name (must specify performers on the current single; a band navbox is insufficient)
  • Green tickY Categorisation at least by artist and year

C class:

  • Green tickY All the start class criteria
  • Green tickY A reasonably complete infobox, including cover art
  • Green tickY At least one other section of prose (in addition to the lead section)
  • Green tickY A track listing containing track lengths and authors for all songs
  • Red XN A "personnel" section listing performers, including guest musicians.
    - Guest musicians?
  • Red XN Independent in-line references supporting major/controversial claims
    - References for: personnel? 'Lyrics entirely about opposites' same ref as Scatena?

B-class:

  • Red XN All the C-class criteria
  • Green tickY A completed infobox, including cover art and most technical details
  • Red XN A full list of personnel, including technical personnel and guest musicians
    - Recording details needed e.g. Producer, engineer etc.
  • Red XN No obvious issues with sourcing, including the use of blatantly improper sources
    – Lead section needs additional in-line references, all sources need to be reliable
  • Red XN No significant issues exist to hamper readability, although it may not rigorously follow WP:MOS
    – Lead section needs more information that is under appropriate section headings, the lead should summarise the entire article
  • Red XN No obvious omissions, but also no obvious extraneous information – such as "trivia"
    – Extraneous "trivia" should be incorporated into main text or deleted
Evaluation based on WikiProject Albums assessment scale. Please update this list when the article meets (or fails to meet) any of the above criteria, changing the article's class assessment as appropriate. Last reviewed by –  Shaidar cuebiyar (talk) 09:24, 17 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
