Mononymous or not?[edit]

Can we please come to a formal decision about whether or not Tulisa's surname should be in the title? Unreal7 (talk) 13:54, 15 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Overall[edit]

  • No composition section? Digital Spy, Glamour, and others have useful information for said section
    • Could you suggest what could be added? I feel like most of the stuff about it is already in the background section. Sebbirrrr (talk) 19:00, 27 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
"Young" is a a dance-pop track, which "deals with mistakes made during youth". Its composition includes a "mix of pulsing beats helmed by her former beau and bandmate, before a chorus of glorious strobing trance ensues"... for example. You have too look at the sources, because there is more. So anything describing the song, lyrics meaning MarioSoulTruthFan (talk) 10:54, 28 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
    • Before I add it, should it only contain stuff about the composition? Asking since you suggested something similar at Mad at Disney's review. Sebbirrrr (talk) 13:17, 28 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, something like that you can even add productions and songwriting credits if you want. MarioSoulTruthFan (talk) 13:24, 28 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • This song was never released as a stand-alone single?
So it was indeed released as a single. It is a day earlier than the source you have. There is no indication if it was radio, download, streaming or any other, neither does it mention the label. Can always claim the format and label are unknown. MarioSoulTruthFan (talk) 11:05, 28 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
    • It doesn't say it was released on 30 April, just that it was released during that week. It could refer to 29 April, when it was released for digital download and streaming but we don't know. Sebbirrrr (talk) 13:17, 28 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Then maybe, just use it sating it was released as a single. Truth be told, Apple Music doesn't prove it was released as a single. MarioSoulTruthFan (talk) 13:25, 28 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Unsure regarding the reliability of Flavour magazine. On top of that, the writer of the article changed.
Irrelevant if she founded Flavour, anyone can found a website. Can you provide me a link to articles from those magazines? MarioSoulTruthFan (talk) 11:00, 28 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
    • I was saying that she found Flavour in regards to your concern about the author changing, not that that makes the article reliable. Unfortunately I couldn't find any articles which she wrote for these publications so I will remove the source. Before I remove it I wanted to let you know that this was the only other source I could find which gives info about the music video's director and Chip's cameo appearance https://www.promonews.tv/videos/2012/04/03/tulisa-young-ben-peters/12578 could you take a look at it and see if it is reliable? If it's not, I will remove this bit entirely since it's not that important. Sebbirrrr (talk) 13:17, 28 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Oh no, I just said the author changed to make notice of it. You can use promonews.tv MarioSoulTruthFan (talk) 13:26, 28 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

      • @MarioSoulTruthFan: Replied to all. Sebbirrrr (talk) 13:17, 28 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I will wait until you address everything. Please let me know once its done. Any other doubts please post them behind this point, it is getting confusing elsewhere. MarioSoulTruthFan (talk) 13:28, 28 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
        • @MarioSoulTruthFan: Added the composition section, the promonews.tv source and removed Flavour entirely. The only thing which I haven't done is the release date. Since the article says that it was released during that week in April, should I instead say that the song was released in the United Kingdom in April 2012? Sebbirrrr (talk) 19:15, 28 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I changed something, see if you agree with it. I'm unsure if I should change when she recorded the track there as well? Good job on the sources, regarding the release date. The date you already have is a specific one. That source only confirms "Young" as a single. I guess you can add it after "by All Around the World and Island Records for digital download and streaming". Its proof it was single MarioSoulTruthFan (talk) 19:26, 28 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@MarioSoulTruthFan: Yep I'm fine with those edits. I added the source per your suggestion. Sebbirrrr (talk) 19:35, 28 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
