The result of the move request was: moved. Knocked up a stub myself and will move that to Time in Malta. Hope this won't seem like supervoting – it seems pretty clear that everyone agrees once there is an article on the concept of time in Malta it should be the primary topic. Time in MaltaTime in Malta (band) – Name used in {{Europe topic}} and elsewhere, not a primary topic, many automatic wrong links. Felisopus (talk) 13:19, 21 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose - the Time in Malta article on actual time in actual Malta was just deleted a few months ago and this article returned from the disambigged location to here. That article was a single sentence, if memory serves, stating what time zone Malta was in. Unless that article is going to be re-created, those links should be repiped or removed. Chubbles (talk) 15:20, 21 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose per Chubbles. I thought the best course of action would be to stubify the topic of time in Malta, but if it's already been deleted, it would be better to address the existing links. I'd feel more comfortable with this if I could find the deletion discussion, however... Either way, something needs to be done about Category:Time in Malta. --BDD (talk) 20:20, 21 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
    It was a speedy, see Wikipedia:Requests_for_undeletion/Archive_78#Time_in_Malta. Chubbles (talk) 04:02, 22 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
That's about the band though, isn't it? --BDD (talk) 15:08, 22 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
It's a proceeding I set up because I mistakenly thought the band page was deleted. But it explains what happens to the non-band article and why the band article is now where it is. Chubbles (talk) 18:44, 22 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment "Time in Malta is" in printed sources is time in Malta, but how to hatnote to the infobox in that article is beyond me. In ictu oculi (talk) 12:49, 22 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment My solution is still extremely simple and quick. There are alternatives? --Felisopus (talk) 10:57, 30 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. "Time in Malta" is a logical concept that could be an article. Compare ["island time"] (the rough concept of time and lack of regard to appointments common to islanders) and Time in Australia, for examples. The current title is not sufficiently precise to not mislead people. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 11:35, 30 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. "Time in Malta" only must be the article about the time in the country of Malta, the band must be named with "(band)" suffix. --tot-futbol (talk) 12:30, 30 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I would not object to this, if an article about time in the country existed. However, that article was deleted. If someone is going to write one, then disambiguation would make sense. Chubbles (talk) 17:09, 30 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Note. The previous article at "Time in Malta" was only deleted because it was created by a banned user, not because of notability or the like. If someone is willing to knock up a draft article about time in the country of Malta then I'd be happy to close this as moved. Jenks24 (talk) 15:00, 31 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
There is an article called Europe/Malta covering Malta's time zone. It's also basically just a sentence. If no draft appears, I suppose that would be a sensible thing to hatnote here. Chubbles (talk) 16:40, 31 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
No one can create the article because Time in Malta is occupied by an unknown band. Meanwhile and after moving, there should be a redirect from here to Europe/Malta. --Felisopus (talk) 13:18, 3 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
No one can create the article here because Time in Malta is occupied by an unknown band. If and when it materializes somewhere else (like a userspace draft or something), the move will make sense. Chubbles (talk) 18:20, 3 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
