I think that there are two copies of this page: The Take Over, The Breaks Over and this one...

Fair use rationale for Image:Takeoverbreakover.jpg[edit]

Image:Takeoverbreakover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Oppose - The single cover states that the song is called "The Take Over, The Breaks Over", and the album inlay for "Infinity on High" agrees. Therefore, the only renaming of this article that I would support is the capitalisation of the second "the". - PeeJay 11:41, 24 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Page move[edit]

The page needs to be moved to "The Take Over, the Breaks Over" - see WP:ALBUM. And if it's at this title with "the" capitalized, then why does the opening sentence not capitalize it. Anyway, the page needs to be moved. It's uncontroversial. It's obviously against the manual of style. Can someone delete the redirect page and move this page there?
