Are you sure about the inspiration for this song?[edit]

I was under the impression Michael Hutchence had a sister who was a fashion model and she was the inspiration for this song. I heard Hutchence's sister died from complications related to anorexia and bulimia, and that was what inspired Hutchence to write the lyrics for the song.
