[1] and question at User talk:Jeandré#Soundgarden..

  1. I incorporated the track listing into the opening paragraph because 2 items didn't seem enough for a bulleted list and section, but if there is a preference for sections listing tracks in articles about singles, feel free to put it back.
  2. I added light year because I thought that the song title, like Black Hole Sun showed an understanding of astronomy not often found in popular music and wanted to hilite that. A light year is a distance, and it seems that the "years" in the song title is how the room's "wide" is measured. Feel free to take it out if I misinterpreted it.
  3. While we don't capitalize the first letter of every word here on Wikipedia, the title of the song should probably be kept as it is on the single booklet, eventho it grates as much as ALL CAPS.
  4. Thanks for fixing the song length, I didn't know it was different from the album version.
  5. While the lyrics of that one verse is probably fair use, I now agree that it's not encyclopedia material and agree with your removal of it. — Jeandré, 2005-07-20t23:23z

singles chronology[edit]

this was apparently a single for sub pop before they signed to A&M, thus it should appear earlier in the chronology, before the Louder than Love singles.

Fair use rationale for Image:Roomathousandyears.gif[edit]

Image:Roomathousandyears.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 07:25, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
