The result of the proposal was no consensus and moved, respectively. No prejudice against a future RM arguing primary topic for the song; I see no policy-based arguments either way on that question. --BDD (talk) 20:22, 17 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

– A song which was a huge hit in the UK and charted all over the world, versus an album which got to number three in the UK and thereafter struggled in the top 20...seems there's only one outcome. Unreal7 (talk) 14:30, 5 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

TWODABS doesn't say no TWODABS, it says do it when it is 50/50. Besides this is 40/40/20 because of the Joe Brown album and song. And the Pictures of You dab has 7 items on it. In ictu oculi (talk) 08:19, 11 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support original proposal. Why should this redirect to Pictures of You? That's a completely different page title, it's not that one is a partial dab of the other. And yes, the worldwide hit by Boyzone is a primary topic over the album by a third placed X Factor finalist whose career and notability never went beyond that season.  — Amakuru (talk) 14:25, 13 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Move Picture of You (song) to Picture of You (Boyzone song) per WP:SONGDAB. —BarrelProof (talk) 00:09, 16 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
    • Why? It's the only song with that title. –anemoneprojectors– 10:57, 16 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
      • Oh I forgot the song on the Picture of You album. There's no need to give extra disambiguation to the Boyzone song, because WP:PDAB is no longer a guideline. –anemoneprojectors– 15:14, 16 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support as proposed. This is the primary topic in a WP:TWODABS situation. Hat notes will be sufficient to get readers where they're going.--Cúchullain t/c 16:52, 16 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hatnote[edit]

As the disambiguation page says "Picture of You" is a song from the album Picture of You, and the chances of someone looking for that song by coming to this article are incredibly slim (none?), do we really need the hatnote here now? –anemoneprojectors– 10:15, 18 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I don't see why someone looking for a song called "Picture of You" wouldn't come to the article named "Picture of You (song)". The topic "Picture of You (song)" applies to two different songs on Wikipedia, so yes, I think we still need the hatnote. —BarrelProof (talk) 20:54, 18 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Nobody will be looking for the Ben Mills song, though. Maybe the album at a whole, but not any specific song on it. –anemoneprojectors– 14:37, 19 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Why do you think no one would look for any specific song on the Ben Mills album? —BarrelProof (talk) 20:16, 18 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Does it help that I just created a redirect for Picture of You (Ben Mills song)? –anemoneprojectors– 14:39, 19 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, that is helpful. —BarrelProof (talk) 20:16, 18 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
