Leona Lewis[edit]

Leona remixed her song Better In Time with Man Down on Radio 1 the other day, should this be added? calvin999 (talk) 17:16, 23 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Promotional Single?[edit]

Is this song a promo single or an official one? I was under the impression that Raining Men (song) and Man Down were both promotional singles for the album and CKB was the fourth official single? Muthamonster (talk) 08:03, 9 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Its an official single. It was sent to Rhythmic and Urban radios. Ozurbanmusic (talk) 09:16, 9 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
What about Raining Men because it doesn't have cover art or a music video but I read somewhere that it was sent to urban radio? Muthamonster (talk) 10:46, 9 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Yes "Raining Men" is a single too. A music video does not make a song a single. Ozurbanmusic (talk) 22:40, 9 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Are you sure because there are a lot of sources - Billboard I think is one of them - saying that S&M is rihanna's 3rd consecutive number one on the hot 100 from LOUD? Muthamonster (talk) 06:42, 10 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Planet Money[edit]

The Planet Money team used this song when they spent a show deconstructing the cost of making a hit single. Should that be added or at least noted?

Article[edit]

This page should just be called "Man Down" as there is no other article with this name. There is an episode of a programme but that re-directs so I am going to move the article hopefully. PD.Baker24 (talk) 11:19, 23 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You edit summary for moving the article: "I have moved the article to the proper article, "Man Down" as there is no other Wiki article with the same title. I have discussed on the talk page and am not vandalizing." No, you didn't discuss it, a discussion involves more than one person giving their opinion. Could you have not waited to see if it was even needed and be discussed by more experienced editors than yourself, who created an account yesterday ???. Now my Peer Review doesn't even show up on this article, great, thanks a lot. Calvin 999 12:55, 23 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I am new to this could you stop being so angry and rude towards me, okay I made a mistake sorry. I have been looking at Wiki articles for months now and nothing is being updated. Why was "Man Down (song)" an article when there is no other official article involved. I would have done it anyway I was just putting it on the discussion page to tell everyone I was. I had to change the Charts section alphabetically as that was wrong so I think you will find I am a great help here. Also, in the opening, you removed my part about Rihanna and Mandler responding. That needs to be there, otherwise it just looks like it is a violent and bad video but there is meaning behind it like they both said. PD.Baker24 (talk) 13:26, 23 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

It's going through a peer review = changes are being made to it. Yes I did remove it, because it the Lead doesn't need to be as detailed as the subsequent sections. I have been editing this article for ages and plan on taking it to GA. And stop making grammar and prose edits! I am trying to edit the article with things said by a reviewer and you keep adding things back in! If you would take the time to research this peer review, you would know! "The song is also included on the set-list of the Loud Tour." 'Also' is not needed. Calvin 999 13:32, 23 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

About lyrics[edit]

I was thinking that maybe we could use lyrics in all the explanation of the songs googled here. 41.114.144.216 (talk) 13:54, 9 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
