There is an error on this page. The link for Sharon Nelson goes to a Wiki entry for someone named Sharon Nelson, but it is not the same Sharon Nelson as the one that the Deadly Women episode was about. Jennifer703 (talk) 01:10, 11 May 2014 (UTC)Jennifer703[reply]

Under His Control episode, Oct. 2010[edit]

I have just seen that episode. The middle part, which has Bonnie Heady as the deadly woman, shows a 1955 Ford. However, this case (the boy who was kidnapped and killed was Bobby Greenlease) occurred in Sept. 1953, close to the time the 1954 models were coming out. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 167.102.56.94 (talk) 19:16, 15 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Sensationalist language[edit]

This article editorializes a whole lot about these people and their motives. I get that the series might do that, but if the there needs to be a clearer differentiation between the facts and the show's portrayal of the facts.

I think this article would benefit from cutting a lot out of the detail. For instance:

"Louise O'Brien is a fragile 18-year-old girl looking for a new start in life after her sister's tragic death. Louise gets a chance to start her new life when a 73-year-old family friend, Patricia Goddard offers Louise a chance to board at her house. Behind the scenes, Patricia is an abusive woman who enjoys torturing Louise and treating her like a servant. Eventually, Patricia's abuse comes to an end when she throws a hammer at Louise in a rage, which ends up killing her. Fearing she will be arrested, Patricia buries Louise's body in her backyard, until a police tip leads to Patricia's backyard. Patricia is sentenced to 3 years and 9 months in prison, and finally receives justice for her crime when she dies during her sentence."

WAY too long, WAY too purple (and the majority of the page is like this)

A better version would be:

Patricia Goddard was 73-year-old woman and a family friend of Louise O'Brien, a 18-year-old boarding with her. Goddard physically abused O'Brien, and murdered her with a hammer in 2008. Goddard buried O'Brien's body in her backyard, but was apprehended and later sentenced to 3 years and 9 months in prison. Goddard died in prison.

It could even just be:

"The second case episode 17 covers is that of Patricia Goddard, who murdered Louise O'Brien in 2008."

Vandal Alert[edit]

Several anonymous users that all begin with "2601:3C3:" have been vandalizing the episode list by replacing the real stories with fake stories, or switching the order of the stories in some episodes.
