"Stylized in capital/uppercase letters"[edit]

@Hayman30: Why? Lazz_R 20:21, 4 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Lazz R: Why not? Repeating the title in uppercase is absolutely redundant. Hayman30 (talk) 16:24, 5 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Hayman30:Well, I disagree. I have come across no other article of which the title is alternatively stylised, where it describes how it is stylised rather than just listing it.

"Chvrches (stylized as CHVRCHΞS)", as opposed to "Chvrches (stylized in upper case letters with a triple bar symbol replacing the E)"

"Rockstar" (stylized as "rockstar")", as opposed to "Rockstar" (stylized in lower case letters)"

"Korn (stylized as KoЯn)", as opposed to "Korn (stylized with a cyrillic Ya replacing the R)"

"Rezz (stylized as REZZ) and so on... It is so much more direct to just show the reader the exact stylised form, who are likely used to seeing the title that way. It is also consistent with other articles. In my opinion it is even more "redundant" to go out of the way to add an additional eleven characters just to avoid repeating the title of the song. But I assume you are going to want it your way and I respect that that is how it will stay if I haven't made you feel otherwise. Lazz_R 20:40, 5 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, you don't need ten examples to back yourself up. Letter case is the only stylization applied to the title, hence I don't see the point in spelling it out again just to show that it's in capital letters. FYI, pings only go through if there is a new comment with a new signature. They don't work when you edit a previous comment. Hayman30 (talk) 04:10, 6 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Hayman30: Thanks for that info, I did not know that. Well I think you missed the point, even in articles where there is only letter case stylisation it is still listed in the lead. So I feel as though it is likely that you are the only user that doesn't "see the point" and feels it is "redundant". However I see that this is going nowhere so I'll give in and call it a day. Hope all goes well for you, Lazz_R 13:00, 6 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Misspelling[edit]

The word friends is spelled out in the song multiple times, frequently misspelled as F R I N D S. This should be mentioned. 2600:1010:B107:BEBB:A53A:1A14:9331:412 (talk) 16:42, 1 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
