Tidy up required[edit]

There are currently 3 Formula Renault series in Europe, Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0, Formula Renault UK (also 2.0 cars), and World Series by Renault (WSR) (formerly Formula Renault 3.5)

The WSR already has it's own page, and I think the Formula Renault 3.5 section needs merging there, and more detail is required on the 2 different FR2.0 classes. 2002thx1138 (talk) 07:55, 29 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

There is more than 3 Formula Renault series in Europe (see the article) but this article is the "meta page" for Formula series. So FR3.5 should'nt be merged with WSbR because FR3.5 is also Formula V6 Asia and former Formula Renault V6 Eurocup. Then Eurocup, UK2.0 and each of the other series have their own articles more detailed.
But I agree with the fact that this article have to be organised in a better way. The lists of differents series, winners... deserve maybe a separate page to not overload the main FR article. - Rollof1 (talk) 11:58, 30 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

missing info after merge[edit]

The renault sport website seems to suggest there is a Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 and a World Series by Renault Formula Renault 3.5. These should both be mentioned in the article or in their own articles linked from here. --Scott Davis Talk 03:37, 19 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Formula Renault 1.6[edit]

I copy Argentinan Formula Renault results here because it was include in the FR 2.0 section while is an 1.6L championship.
Then, what's your opinion about add Formula Renault 1.6 champions. There probably many more championship than 2.0L and less matter.

Drivers/Teams entry list[edit]

To improve Formula Renault related articles, I create drivers/teams categories for each series. The list of drivers/teams according to series/season is avialable in one of my personnal page : User:Rollof1/Check. Drivers/teams than have an article are already included in the appropriate Category:Formula Renault (except blue links). This list of entry lists is not complete, so if you have sources thanks to notify it. - Rollof1 (talk) 17:23, 18 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
