Deletion[edit]

Which kind of baby?[edit]

Can someone answer a question about the song's content? When they say she wants another baby are they talking about some slutty woman who goes around sleeping with men to have babies? Or is she referencing baby in a romantic way like "ooh baby I love your way"? I can't tell, but if it's the first one, then Sweden has some serious problems. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.62.142.170 (talkcontribs) 06:38, 5 August 2006

To put it more clearly, does the subject of the song want another pregnancy, or another short-term sexual partner? F W Nietzsche (talk) 04:17, 25 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It's sort of outrageous to make that kind of comment about an entire country based on the lyrics of one song. Looking at the lyrics, I'd say the word "baby" is used here to mean "lover". leevclarke (talk) 18:19, 5 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

agree with leevclarke 100%--130.225.61.3 (talk) 15:24, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Heard the idea that a real baby is meant, in order to collect welfare payments. Clearly "she's gone tomorrow" is not about anything romantic like a long-term relationship. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.232.127.34 (talk) 21:46, 14 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Further covers[edit]

Knorkator covered that song, too, on Tribute to uns selbst. Worth mentioning? 84.184.121.55 04:32, 28 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

no mention?[edit]

happy nation mentions the nazi past of the singer and the suspicious lyrics, yet no mention of the fact that the video portrays this women (who is portrayed as a lazy drain on society) strokes a string of star of davids twice in the video? kind of creepy how much that stuff seems to be avoided. were most of these pages written by the band? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 184.21.160.38 (talk) 22:34, 12 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Nana Vespertine ?[edit]

Nana Vespertine's cover mention looks like self promotion to me since she has like 1000 views on that video on her youtube channel [1], could anyone verify that ? 37.119.32.9 (talk) 18:17, 27 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for pointing that out. The cover doesn't appear to be notable. Traveltoromantis (talk) 04:00, 30 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free images[edit]

@Wherelovelives: I replaced a non-free File:Kayo-Another Mother.jpg with a free substitute File:Nyakayo Shekoni 2014 9159.jpg. Is that fine? Also, this screenshot File:Ace Of Base-All That She Wants.jpg adds nothing to the song itself other than being a screenshot from the music video, which is not what the article is mainly about. Also, what to do about the European and US single covers? Why is one insufficient to you? George Ho (talk) 20:27, 23 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Eli-Mac’s cover[edit]

I added a mention of Eli-Mac’s cover of All That She Wants, but it was removed because the editor said it failed notability requirements. It is a fantastic cover. Is there a way to include it in the article? It seems nuts to omit it. She is a major recording artist. Jasonagastrich (talk) 06:35, 22 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
