For what it's worth, I longer teach at Seabury-Western; when that institution declared financial exigency and ended faculty contracts as of the end of the 2008-09 academic year, I accepted a one-year appointment as Visiting Professor of New Testament at Duke University. And in the "technology" part of the article, I gave a talk -- "The Obscure Convergence of Theological Publishing and Technological Innovation" -- at Ars Electronica 2008 (<http://www.aec.at/podcasts/files/FE_20080906-symp3-01-adam_E.mp3>, <mms://stream.aec.at/webcasts/FE_2008_06_09_Symposium_III_AKMA_Andrew_Adam_E.wmv>). Why does this academic have a wikipedia page? It seems to be fairly unremarkable. Is every academic now to have a wiki page which is effectively a CV? Seems like a nice guy but recommend this article for deletion. AmericanEnglish (talk) 20:13, 26 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
