Hea, Ral, I know you didn't write this wording, but I find it strange ...

The Wikipedia team that carries out the assessment and quality control before conferring the status of featured articles promoted five ...

Wikipedia team? FAC is a process, but there isn't a "team" per se, and "quality control"? ... I'm a bit confused by this wording ? SandyGeorgia (Talk) 22:30, 16 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Out of 12 articles chosen as part of the project, five are currently GAs and one is an FA. Before the project began, a few of the twelve, including El Presidente, did not exist.

(edit conflict:) Nah, I think each university devises its own system, but there are often broad overlaps and similarities. North American courses are often three digits: 100 level being first year; 200, second year, and so on. "101," for instance, is often the most basic course in a particular subject. Thanks. I've heard that "101" usage and intuitively understood what it meant, without getting its derivation. Presumably the way Americans tend to understand terms that derived from cricket, like "I'm stumped" etc. OK. --Dweller (talk) 11:00, 17 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
