'In progress' and 'Completed' indications[edit]

To avoid more than one person drafting the same article, might I suggest something like the following instruction (I've suggested something similar for the requested photos):

If you start the process of drafting an article for one of these redlinks, please place {{Working}}~~~~ after it ... but only one article at a time please! This will help to avoid more than one editor spending time working on a similar draft.
When you have finished the article and moved it to main article space, please place {{Completed}}~~~~ after the entry.

(NB this will produce  Working or  Completed)

Good idea. We should also use it the "other missing articles" page. Robevans123 (talk) 14:13, 1 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The Whitebrook[edit]

The entry for The Whitebrook, Monmouthshire on the Hotels hotlist almost certainly refers to our article at The Crown at Whitebrook, renamed last year? See this. Shall I do the page rename? Daicaregos (talk) 08:11, 22 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

A missing article I just discovered[edit]

I realised while working on the Culture article that we don't have a Pottery in Wales or Ceramics in Wales type article.Miyagawa (talk) 12:34, 12 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I'll add Pottery in Wales to the GA bonuses section.♦ Dr. Blofeld 12:59, 12 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Penar branch/Hall's tramway[edit]

I'm getting a headache trying to work out the scoring system or how things get to be on this list. So - can I begin an article for the Penar branch line (also known as Hall's tramway or Hall's road) - which went from the mainline at Crosskeys to the Oakdale pit? JMWt (talk) 16:00, 12 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Robevans123 can answer that. It's not difficult, new article is worth ten points. But if on this list you get some bonus points.♦ Dr. Blofeld 18:18, 12 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I've added Penar branch line to the list - it's a railway article so 25 points. Sounds as though it could be interesting - on older tramway that got improved (by or for?) GWR. Look forward to reading it. Robevans123 (talk) 18:37, 12 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
