Vandalism in Uruguay article

The article about Uruguay is being vandalised on a weekly basis. My semi-protection request was declined so I suggest we keep an eye on it. --~ ~ James Hetfield (previously Wesborland) ~ ~ 19:04, 7 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Bilateral relations discussion

I would like to invite you all to participate in a discussion at this thread regarding bilateral relations between two countries. All articles related to foreign relations between countries are now under the scope of WikiProject Foreign relations, a newly created project. We hope that the discussion will result in a more clean and organized way of explaining such relationships. Thank you. Ed ¿Cómo estás? 19:00, 8 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Punta del Este

Hello! I've just read the article about Punta del Este, and think it really needs to be improved. It's a very important article, so I feel we should work harder on it. Thank u, Maxisi (talk · contribs) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 200.125.53.231 (talkcontribs) --Hetfield1987 (Wesborland

Montevideo Project

Hi, I thought you should know I started a subproject for all Montevideo-related articles called the Montevideo Project. If you want to join it check the Tasks section. --Hetfield1987 (Wesborland | James Hetfield) 22:32, 28 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Help requested on Uruguay article

I read the Uruguay article, and was impressed by it, so nominated it for Good Article status. I thought I would be able to guide it through the process, it might just be a little effort. Well, turns out it's going to be rather too difficult for someone who has never been to the country and knows next to nothing about. ;) So, I'm appealling here for a bit of help. The GA reviewer has left very helpful suggestions on how to improve the article, so please. If you have some free-time, take a look!

Cheers. --Matthew Proctor (talk) 00:46, 19 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I think there's a lot to be done before the article can obtain that status. However, I'll try to help a little: I've noticed the German Wikipedia has a great article, which I could try to translate, and which I could use as a model when trying to reshape this one. It would be great, though, if someone with a little more knowledge of the German language, and a little more time, could join us. Jordevi (talk) 03:17, 19 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
