Which stub to use?[edit]

If it's a stub page. CarolMooreDC🗽 22:35, 15 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure I understand your question. Can you point to the page you are thinking of editing? I'm usually starting them from scratch myself. HistoricMN44 (talk) 23:24, 15 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I assumed there was a general article stub template for US legislation. So I just searched around and VOILA! found Template:US-fed-statute-stub where one finds: {{US-fed-statute-stub}} which produces the text:
This United States federal legislation article is a stub. You can help Wikipedia by expanding it. to be put on the bottom of an article. That needs to be here for those who want to use it and on the main wikiproject page. (As there is a "Stubs" box on the main Wikipedia:WikiProject_United_States page
FYI. More stub article template examples here: Wikipedia:WikiProject_Politics/Templates CarolMooreDC🗽 00:28, 16 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, I understand now. Is there some specific reason you want to tag the article as a stub? Does that convey a benefit of some kind? I'm pretty new as an editor. Thanks. HistoricMN44 (talk) 13:15, 16 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
