Welcome to the talk page[edit]

This is a place where you can ask questions, talk about problems, and discuss the Wikipedia assignment with classmates and other Wikipedians. This should be for general comments or questions; talk within groups about their articles should take place in the Pathfinder's area, talk page or sandbox as he/she desires--Webster Newbold (talk) 20:25, 4 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Topic Ideas[edit]

Local possibilities[edit]

Portal for Indiana: Opportunities for historical, cultural, artistic local topics that need creation or improvement. A group could work with similar smaller topics and make individual contributions.

  • Improve the Muncie Carnegie Library article, begun last Spring; do more research on its history and expand article.

Course Works and Authors[edit]

Expanding and improving sites related to class source authors and works; a group could divide up work on these subjects----

  • Referencing and updating the page on McLuhan's The Medium is the Massage; more in-line references are needed, and info about Jerome Agel, who produced the book, could be put in a separate new page. Is there any recent scholarship on McLuhan that can be brought to bear?
  • There is no page for Thinking with Type.
