Two issues[edit]

The abbreviation IOC should not be used without stating what it is. Also, why is Sweden the only country mentioned for which there is no link to the corresponding article about the country's contribution to the Olympics? Neelix (talk) 01:28, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The United States isn't linked either. It's a mistake. The blurb was largely copied from the lead of the article. In the lead, Sweden and USA are linked to earlier, which is why they weren't linked in that instance. It appears that the same is true of the IOC; it is stated as the International Olympic Committee before the abbreviation is given in the lede of the article. Neelix (talk) 02:06, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
