Join Wikipedia Loves Libraries with a local wiki-event in October![edit]

With the recent experience of the Great American Wiknic in June, we'd like to invite you to join the exciting sequel: Wikipedia Loves Libraries. Please add your ideas for a local librarycentric wiki-event to the national page :)--Pharos (talk) 01:59, 4 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

We'd like to invite representative(s) from the group who have some experience in organizing the local meetups, to join the Wikimedians Active in Local Regions of the United States (WALRUS) committee, our monthly IRC meetings, and the associated wikimediaus-l mailing list, to help advance real-life Wikimedian activities in the US, including Wiki Loves Monuments photography in September and Wikipedia Loves Libraries meetups in October/November.--Pharos (talk) 16:56, 22 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
