Mediator's Note[edit]

The rapid deterioration of this Mediation is quite frankly unacceptable - the contributions of uninvolved parties/parties not listed is not what Mediation is about; I am making a motion to move this Mediation to e-Mail.

My Wikipedia address is anthony [dot] cfc [at] gmail [dot] com (click here to email me externally, or here to email me internally).

Also, a quick note, per WP:CHU, I've been renamed to User:AGK (from User:Anthony cfc); listed parties are invited to e-Mail me concerning this Mediation. For the purposes of dodging the spam filter, include "Wikipedia", "Wikimedia" or "Mediation" in the subject line.

Kindest regards,

Summary from Mediator[edit]

(Copied from User talk:AGK [1]):

Greetings; in essence, the case is far to advanced for the Mediation Cabal (in my opinion), and I was unwilling to proceed in a case that was so devoid of any possibility of salvaging an amicable agreement. In addition, I was then accepted onto the Mediation Committee which meant I was not in a position to mediate for the Mediation Cabal.

Hopefully this response clears everything up; if you have any further queries, take a look at my contact page which lists some alternative mediums for getting in touch.
