Mary Wollstonecraft Award (MWA)[edit]

The Mary Wollstonecraft Award is the main award of WPWW. It is meant to honor editors who have shown merit by creating or improving one or multiple articles related to the scope of this WikiProject such as biographies about women writers, works by women writers, and so forth. The award can be presented by anyone associated with this WikiProject.

Anne Rice Award (ARA)[edit]

The Anne Rice Award honors editors who have improved Wikipedia's coverage of women writers by creating a biography of a woman writer who used a pen name, nom de plume, literary initials, or pseudonym on the title page or by-line of her works in place of her real name.
