2	Deion Sanders	1,650,705	After an outstanding start to college football season, where this guy's Colorado Buffaloes (including sons Shilo and Shedeur) won the first three games of the season, came a rout by the Oregon Ducks 42-6, where Colorado only scored in the final minutes!
3	Russell Brand	1,279,694	The English comedian has been brought to attention again following five women accusing him of rape, sexual assaults, and emotional abuse during the height of his career between 2006 and 2013. Further allegations have came throughout the week, which Brand strongly denies.

5	List of highest-grossing Indian films	768,540	#1 now ranks sixth, only 50 crore from Khan's previous movie of the year Pathaan at fifth.
6	Taylor Swift	762,433	Apparently now it's Taylor's world, we're only living in it as she fantasizes just what she want to be, make her wildest dreams come true. We have a whole article on the impact of the Eras Tour saying it's part of a "Taylormania", the related concert movie is expected to have such an impact on the box office Satan himself is afraid of opening opposite it, and 1989 (Taylor's Version) will make a splash in the music market in October. Plus, seeing Swift watching a Kansas City Chiefs game and getting ecstatic at a Travis Kelce touchdown made people say both are now a couple.
7	UEFA Champions League	720,898	The Champions! The group stage of the 2023–24 UEFA Champions League started, with highlights being FC Barcelona running over Royal Antwerp F.C. with a 5-0 thumping and Manchester United losing a close match to Bayern Munich that had the last goal at the 95th minute!
8	Billy Miller (actor)	683,852	An actor with extensive television work, including runs on The Young and the Restless and General Hospital, who committed suicide at 43 after years battling bipolar disorder.
9	Lauren Boebert	586,268	A far-right Republican representative from Colorado was evicted from a performance of the Beetlejuice musical for unruly behavior, that apparently included being too frisky with her date.
10	The Equalizer 3	569,377	While this here writer waits for Denzel Washington's latest to come to his country, it remains somewhat steady at the box office and doubled its budget with $150 million worldwide (although it still needs $40 million to match the previous two movies).
11	Ahsoka (TV series)	561,770	The latest Star Wars show revealed a new villain, Grand Admiral Thrawn, a blue-skinned strategist that was introduced in a trilogy of books way back in the early '90s and has proven himself so popular that he was brought back for the post-Disney purchase continuity streamlining, and whose live-action portrayal is done by Lars Mikkelsen (following his brother into the franchise).
12	Bob Menendez	551,155	After being indicted on federal corruption charges that he aided and provided sensitive information to the government of Egypt, this New Jersey senator stepped down from the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, but refused to resign from his position.
13	2023 Rugby World Cup	526,535	France is hosting the tournament between the best rugby union's national teams.
14	Vijay Antony	522,287	Tragedy struck this Indian actor/music composer/filmmaker when his eldest daughter passed away by suicide on Tuesday at the age of 16. The media coverage that followed was deemed to be insensitive by some.
15	ChatGPT	482,164	The Top 25 Report is now taking bets on how long this article takes to fall off the list. Cash, credit, and cheeseburgers are acceptable bets. Bets must be made on the talk page, and must be in the form of "I wager $<x>/<x> cheeseburgers".
16	2023 Cricket World Cup	464,288	The 2023 Asia Cup ended with India winning and still too much on the mobile views to enter. Not a problem for the worldwide tournament that India themselves will host starting in October 5. Interestingly, the last three editions of this tournament were won by their respective hosts.
17	Oppenheimer (film)	461,889	Christopher Nolan's biopic is still chugging along at the box office and has managed to retain its spot on this list, even if its 'companion' has dropped out. Last week, it became the highest-grossing biopic, surpassing Bohemian Rhapsody, but apart from that, it seems to be slowing down. Ironically, its only hope to hit a billion now is a release in the country that the bombs developed by its subject were dropped on.
18	Hardeep Singh Nijjar	455,130	Nijjar was a Sikh nationalist involved with the movement (that has a bloody history) that seeks to establish an ethno-religious state in the area roughly around the Indian state of Punjab. He was killed in June by two gunmen, and no arrests have been made yet. The recent attention comes after the Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau informed Parliament about a potential link between Nijjar's death and Indian agents and called on the Indian government to cooperate with the investigation. This resulted to a diplomatic fallout between the two countries.

20	Sex Education (TV series)	447,801	Netflix released the fourth and final season of the British sex comedy drama starring Asa Butterfield.
21	The Nun II	438,713	The Conjuring Universe is the highest-grossing horror franchise (not adjusted for inflation), and more dollars are arriving from the return of two nuns, the demonic Valak and its 'nemesis' Sister Irene (played by Taissa Farmiga, who subsequently can't be the younger version of sister Vera Farmiga if the studio ever decides to do a 'Conjuring: Origins' telling how Ed and Lorraine Warren met...).
22	Blue Beetle (film)	423,118	It's been a bad year for the about to rebooted DC Extended Universe, as even the cheapest and most well-received release of the bunch following Mexican-American superhero Jaime Reyes has underwhelmed in the box office, not helped by how the 2023 Hollywood labor disputes kneecapped the promotion (a rare exception was female lead Bruna Marquezine showcasing her country's snacks). At least Blue Beetle entered video on demand, with a Max premiere to soon follow, allowing those that skipped the movie in theaters to see what they missed.
23	Prichard Colón	414,428	In 2015, this Puerto Rican boxer was on the rise when his 17th fight went wrong, as receiving repeated rabbit punches (an illegal tactic) wound up causing a brain bleed that led to an extended coma and later a vegetative state. However, Colón's 31st birthday showed that after years of physical therapy he is slowly recovering, even posting a cheeky selfie on Instagram.
24	Ganesh Chaturthi	402,287	The Hindu festival that marks the birth of Lord Ganesha was on last Monday.
25	Cristiano Ronaldo	384,954	Again A Haunting in Venice was right off the list, beaten by the Portuguese football legend that became the first player to reach 1000 career games ending without a loss (776 wins and 224 draws).
