April 2[edit]

Bpeps[edit]

I use Twinkle but occassionally it will miss some edits like this diff with its rollback. April Fools Day was a busy day on vandal patrol and although I reverted about 150 vandal edits it wouldhave been quicker with wp rollback. --BpEps - t@lk 17:10, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Do yo understand what rollback is yet? Do you understand that it isn't an elite class of users? John Reaves 17:20, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, of course we discussed rights v priviledges at length on WP:ANI on Thursday evening. After April Fools day, I understand the great benefits of having the tool. BpEps - t@lk 17:29, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Not done you had this removed before, and I am unconvinced you have learnt from the experience. Please give it a few weeks before re-application. Pedro :  Chat  20:41, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

give rollback

I would like to revert vandalism quicker so I can revert more. I have lost rollback before in a good faith edit. I plan to watch myself from now on. Thanks.RyRy5 talk 02:01, 5 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Not done It's only been 3 days. I'd like to see more good edits before granting. Keilana|Parlez ici 02:06, 5 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Furthermore, wait a few months and then re-apply. ≈ jossi ≈ (talk) 02:22, 5 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

DavidGamingEff[edit]

Short reason for wanting rollback: Someone keeps vandalizing "WhatIfGaming" article via the IP: 70.186.198.134.
Not done - please try to use Twinkle or undo first if you are interested in reverting vandalism.   jj137 (talk) 03:41, 7 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

lildobe[edit]

To help keep Wikipedia clean and to help thwart vandals. Thank you. Lildobe (talk) 23:56, 14 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Not done While you have done a little bit of vandal-fighting, I would like to see some more vandal-reverstions from you first so I can properly evaluate your vandalism-reverting. I kindly suggest practicing with the undo feature some more, and re-apply for rollback again, either here or on my talk page, in a week or so. Good luck! Acalamari 00:02, 15 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Energizer07[edit]

Administrators,

  • Energizer07 (talk · contribs · deleted · count · AfD · logs · block log · lu · rfar · spi)I am asking permission to be granted rollback power so that I can revert vandalism as soon as it happens and I detect it. I do alot of 'undo's' when I detect vandalism both when logged in and when not logged in. I really want to start acting on vandalism immediatley and I think this power would be a good advantage in doing this. --Energizer07 (talk) 00:19, 18 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
{{done}} Make sure to only use rollback in cases of clear vandalism. Tiptoety talk 02:21, 18 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Not done It has been removed. Too many mistakes with the tool in such a short time, you appear to need a little more seasoning. Sorry. --Bongwarrior (talk) 11:06, 18 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

wiki-page-protector[edit]

Hello, as you can see from my history I spend most of my time reverting vandalism and I would appreciate a tool which allows me to do this quicker in obivous cases of vandalism.--Wiki-page-protector (talk) 22:09, 18 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Not done Sorry, you have only been here for one day and have only a little over 40 edits. Fell free to request rollback again at a later date. Tiptoety talk 23:24, 18 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Megapen[edit]

I do vandal reverting, and popups is slow. Rollback would be helpful! Megapen (talk) 23:06, 18 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Undead_warrior[edit]

I previously had it, and it was taken away due to a mistake on my part. Needless to say, that was a good long time ago and I have learned exactly what is and is not tolerated via rollback. (it subsequently caused a bad part on my RfA too) Anyway, I do a lot of work in the music related articles and rollback would make it so much easier. I also patrol recent changes which, once again, rollback would be a godsend there. Undeath (talk) 01:32, 21 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Recommend that you first discuss this with the admin that revoked it. Tiptoety talk 05:31, 21 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Currently waiting for a response...Undeath (talk) 06:22, 21 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
IMO, 2 months is not "good long time ago" OhanaUnitedTalk page 06:32, 21 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It's almost 3 months. (in a couple of days at least) I just wanted to see if I could recieve the tool now, because, it would be a good thing to have been using it for a couple of months before June.(my next scheduled RfA). I made a mistake one day last time, and it's not going to happen again. I've read the sub-page of the new admin school for Dos and Don'ts. Undeath (talk) 11:44, 21 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
"Scheduled RFA"? Stifle (talk) 13:03, 22 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, it is a scheduled RFA. My past nominator suggested I wait a few months from my last one, so June is that time period. (probably June 13, my birthday) Undeath (talk) 06:45, 23 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I am going to mark this as  Not done for the time being. (For archiving purposes). Tiptoety talk 14:23, 24 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Not done. Sorry, you're too new, you even couldn't format your request properly. MaxSem(Han shot first!) 07:06, 26 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Well, I spotted the vandalized article while I was in a bit of a rush, and decided to drop you guys a line and let you know real quick. But thanks for being a Dick about it. Curth (talk) 19:10, 26 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

LuckyPineapple[edit]

Madina Lake's page seems to be getting vandalized lately. I am the band's promotions manager and having rollback will make it easier for me to keep up with their page if vandalizing happens again.
Not done You have very little editing experience in Wikipedia. Try use the undo function for now. OhanaUnitedTalk page 05:53, 28 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
