The March 2011 New York City Meetup event was held on Sunday March 20, 2011 at Symposium Greek Restaurant @ 544 W 113th St (in the back room), on the Upper West Side in the Columbia University area.

What, Where, When, and How?[edit]

There is a public meeting in the afternoon at the appropriately-named Symposium Greek Restaurant (in the back room), where we take further steps to organize the Wikimedia New York City local chapter, and provide a salon-style forum for discussion of Wikipedia and Wikimedia issues.

Right afterward, there is an optional post-meeting Wiki-Dinner at the same venue.

Main public meeting[edit]

Symposium Greek Restaurant @ 544 W 113th St (in the back room) on the Upper West Side. 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Optional post-meeting Wiki-Dinner[edit]

Stay at Symposium Greek Restaurant, shuffle tables and chairs, and then nosh and schmooze, wiki-style. 5:00 PM onwards.

Late arrival info and Transportation[edit]

If you plan on arriving late, and are concerned about not finding your way to the group, you can drop your mobile phone number ahead of time at Special:Emailuser/Pharos (e-mail will not be able to be checked during the actual meetup time; leave requests ahead of time).
