These are icons intended for disclaimer templates, e.g. "this page contains profanity". However, per WP:NDT and WP:PEREN, we don't actually want disclaimer templates, and such are routinely deleted. I explained to him that this episode progresses into a pseudo-widescreen mode which distinguishes it from other episodes. I also uploaded a higher-resolution image to show clearly more of the details. Peter O. agreed to keep this image.
