Montana History Edit-A-Thon #2[edit]

  • Date: Monday, February 1, 2016. 8:30am - 12:30pm.
  • Venue: Montana Historical Society Research Center, 225 North Roberts, Helena, MT
  • Theme: Montana biography, with a focus on Montana's historical women
  • Participants: The event is open to Montana Historical Society staff, volunteers, and staff of the Montana State Law Library.
    • If you are unfamiliar with Wikipedia please become acquainted with this tutorial module which will help explain many things.
    • See Articles to work on, below for more tips and article ideas. (Titles in red have not yet been created, those in blue have been, but need improvement
    • We'll also have experienced Wikipedians on site to help as well.
    • We've also got a bunch of links below in our resource section, so please explore.
  • What to Bring: The room is equipped with six PC desktops and we may have a few laptops available for use but we encourage participants to bring their own laptop if possible. Wifi is available for participants.
