Original – The Mossy leaf-tailed gecko (Uroplatus sikorae) in Montagne d'Ambre National Park, Madagascar. It has a dermal flap along its body so that it can hide in plain sight during the day.

Reason: High quality large images. FP on Commons. Illustrates article well. The top image shows the gecko's camouflage (crypsis)
