Function details: This is to request BOT flag for NeechalBOT account(currently which has been blocked for the same), which will edit only User namespace of Developer. This account is being used for development, testing and demo for Wikipedia BOT activities used in other Wikipedia. This developer doesn't have time to operate and any special task in English, however the request has been made to accomplish the AppsWiki Editor more efficient. AppsWiki is the Wiki BOT Multi page editor. This editor will help anyone to operator BOT without any programming skill.

Actually, you can ask User:Alexf to unblock you, because limited testing in userspace is allowed without a bot flag per WP:BOTPOL and you have clearly indicated who the operator is. Approval is needed for non-userspace edits or at least some sort of confirmation for large testing. You should best use bot's userspace though. — HELLKNOWZ ▎TALK 20:07, 1 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
