Function Details: This bot will search the DAB pages and compile a list of pages that need to be disambiguated, such as Rock or Pop. It will search for a few keywords, such as Album, Tracklisting, Music, and the Album/Artist template. It will then replace the link to the DAB page with the correct link.

Can you give some more details? Is this to be restricted to particular classes of dab? What's the precise nature of the manual assistance? This sounds potentially error-prone (though possibly no worse than many people are already doing under their main accounts -- I've seen some amazingly sloppy DABs done 'by hand').
