This subpage is aimed at coordinating maintenance of Wikipedia:Article Collaboration and Improvement Drive. If you have a minute or two, read the instructions and join our happy family of maintainers. The job is easy - you just do the "Checking the nominations subsection" every few days, and feel the joy of doing something useful for the community! :-)

Checking the nominations subsection[edit]

What to do

  1. Check that the subtitle of every nomination has correct vote count
  2. Check that there are no anon votes (move them to comments and sign that you removed it)
  3. Remove articles which "stay until" yesterday or earlier, archive at /Removed and remove {{AIDnom}} from article's talk page.


Or you can use the bot (this bot is still under development, so don't hesitate to try it and report any errors to me)


If you checked the nominations subsection and fixed what was needed to be fixed, sign on the top of the list to the right and delete the bottom entry (keep the list 10 entries long). Sign even if you found nothing to do, just so we know somebody checked. It'd be nice if we had a pace of one check every 12 hours. If somebody checked in last 6 hours, don't bother checking.

Rollover[edit]

If you are going to start a procedure of rollover now, sign here with "#~~~~ (in progress)", so nobody interferes while you are in progress. When you are done with rollover, remove the "(in progress)" note.

Instructions for rollover[edit]

Here are detailed instructions for the rollover:

  1. Add old AID article diff to /History page
  2. Fix Template:IDRIVEtopic old, with last week's topic
  3. Fix Template:IDRIVEtopic article, with the new topic
  4. Add new AID article to /History page
  5. Remove new AID article from project page and put content you removed to new AID article {{to do}}
  6. Fix Template:Aid-summary: copy/paste introduction of new AID article to it and change the picture (just replace the image name, don't change image size)
  7. Remove {{AIDcur}} from old AID article's talk page
  8. Add {{PastACID|date}} on talk page of old AID article
  9. Replace {{AIDnom}} with {{AIDcur}} on the AID article's talk page
  10. Put {{to do}} on new AID article's talk page if it doesn't exist already
  11. Put {{subst:AIDvoter}} ~~~~ on talk page of people who voted for the new AID article (attention!: {{subst:AIDvoter}}, not {{AIDvoter}})
