Barack ObamaJohn McCain Law professor and freelance anti-hero terrorist Barack Obama is being relentlessly pursued by crooked Republican and senior senator of Arizona John McCain (who is also one of the top lieutenants of the Illuminati), after Obama's oldest son Mike, was killed six years earlier at an amusement park after McCain put a hit on Obama in order to get him out of the Illuminati's way. Obama is recorded in the FBI files to have a whole list of terrorism-related offences, including bombings and political assassinations. Obama receives information that McCain is planning to bomb a goverment building somewhere in the United States and blame it on him, and that McCain's brother Joe, a cocaine smuggler, has boarded a small plane at a Los Angeles airport, and follows him believing he can capture Joe and interrogate him for information. McCain leads an FBI team in tracking the plane down a runway and enters, but is confronted by Obama who hid his face with a news paper. Obama grabs McCain's arm but McCain pulls away and runs out of the plane before it takes off, yelling at the FBI to shoot. The FBI then shoots out one of the engines of the plane. With the plane unable to fully take off, Obama kills the pilot and crashes the plane into a hangar, parachuting out just in time and seems to be easily escaping because it's night. In the ensuing chaos, which left several FBI agents wounded or dead, Joe and Obama are captured by the FBI and McCain is knocked into a coma. Obama initially believes McCain was bluffing, but after the FBI finds schematics for the bomb on a disk recovered from Joe's briefcase, Obama realizes that the threat is genuine. Although he learns the date of the bombing from several crooked agents, Obama is unable to find any information about the location of the bomb. Knowing that the only way to obtain the location is from McCain's brother, Joe, two FBI agents who do not trust McCain named Tito and Jose, bargain with the rest of the FBI for him to undergo a top secret experiment to switch his body with McCain's comatose body, as they know he would only discuss the bomb with his brother. After the procedure, arrangements are made for Obama (as McCain) to be incarcerated with Joe at Erehwon prison (Erehwon being nowhere spelled in reverse), where he successfully learns the bomb's location. McCain unexpectedly awakens the next morning in an 85 year old Korean man's body and, realising what has happened, has Dr. Walsh, the doctor responsible for the surgery, kidnapped by McCains's minions and perform the surgery on him, then manages to steal Obama's own body in the process. McCain then burns down the Walsh Institute, including Walsh, Tito, and Jose to eliminate all evidence of the body-swap. McCain (as Obama) then visits Obama (as McCain) in prison to deliver the news to Obama and taunts him about his plan to abuse Obama's job and have sex with hot white college girls. McCain (as Obama) has the FBI negotiate a deal with Joe for his release, but not before he revealed the bomb's location to Obama (as McCain). Obama (as McCain) then proceeds to have the bomb disarmed through a phonecall. McCain (as Obama) reveals in praise from his colleagues and the media, informing his brother that they are "going black", meaning they will use Obama's identity and influence to their advantage and for their own purposes. Ironically, due to McCain's gregarious, irreverent nature and off-beat sense of humor, he becomes more popular at work than the real Obama was. After Obama's ordered disarmament of the bomb, Obama (as McCain) escapes from Erehwon prison, which is revealed to be inside an offshore oil platform, and swims to shore. Meanwhile, McCain (as Obama) visits Obama's contact Dietrich and successfully fools him and the rest of Dietrich's men into thinking that he is the real Barack Obama. McCain (as Obama) then asks Dietrich for help killing Obama (as McCain) in order to eliminate him once and for all. Also present is Sasha Hassler, Dietrich's sister and McCain's ex-misstress, and her son bastard son Adam, of whom McCain is the father. Obama had seen a lot of his own son in Adam. Joe McCain is watching Dietrich's apartment and informs McCain (as Obama) of Obama's arrival. McCain (as Obama) bribes an FBI team to kill Obama (as McCain). Following a brutal, lengthy gunfight, in which many FBI agents are killed, Dietrich is killed by McCain (as Obama) for talking about the bomb to Obama (as McCain), but McCain (as Obama) accidently kills Joe in a blind rage attack meant for Obama (as McCain), by kicking him through the apartment skylight. Obama (as McCain) escapes, and Sasha gets away separately with Adam. The carnage leaves McCain (as Obama) distraught and almost suicidal over the death of Joe. McCain (as Obama) then becomes more determined than ever to avenge Joe's death. FBI Director Victor Lazarro berates McCain (as Obama) for his unnecessary carnage with the terrorists and becomes suspicious that McCain (as Obama) may have a seperate agenda. McCain (as Obama), still angry over the death of Joe, confesses to Lazarro he is working for the Illuminati and kills him, blaming Lazarro's death on a heart attack. As a result, McCain (as Obama) becomes appointed as the new acting-FBI Director. Meanwhile, Obama (as McCain) returns to his suburban home and tries to explain the entire situation and convince his wife, Michelle, that he is really Obama, but to no avail. After an analysis of Obama's criminal record, Michelle still does not believe, but after McCain told her the story of how they had their first kiss at a Don Ho concert, she eventually realizes the truth but is kidnapped by McCain's henchmen after Obama (as McCain) goes down the street to the 7/11 to get a slurpee. Obama (as McCain) tracks McCain (as Obama) to Lazarro's funeral, where McCain (as Obama) is holding Obama's wife and Sasha hostage. Upon meeting each other face-to-face once again, McCain admits to Obama that he had no intention of killing Obama's son, Mike, as he only wanted Obama killed. The ensuing standoff following the funeral leads to a gunfight in which Michelle and all of Castor's minions are killed. Having taken a bullet to save Obama (as McCain), Michelle begs him not to let the neighbor boy grow any more Pot. Frustrated that she expects him to do such a square thing Obama (as McCain) shoots her in the temple and blood gushes all over his shirt and tie, she then dies. McCain and Obama engage in a gunfight, and then switch to a hand-to-hand fight after running out of ammo, they then lock hands in a struggle to overpower the other, with McCain (as Obama) gaining the upper hand due to having a younger healthier body. Sasha finds a gun and shoots at Obama (as McCain), believing him to be a "hood", wounding his shoulder and allowing McCain (as Obama) to break free. McCain takes Sasha hostage again but she gets him to let go by stabbing him in the leg, ironically a trick which he himself taught her earlier, and she escapes. McCain manages to escape in a boat, pursued by Obama. After a lengthy chase both boats are destroyed and they are thrown ashore by an explosion. The two engage in a final gunfight and McCain (as Obama) mistakingly kills a drunken Billy Carter, Jimmy Carter's son/brother, with a spear gun, (which leaves Carter in the same position as the statue shown earlier of Jesus on the cross). McCain, quickly running out of options, taunts Obama, telling him he wouldn't dare kill him and lose his body forever and be forced live out a shortend life running from the Illuminati. Obama in turn tells McCain that if losing his own body is the only way to put an end to his terror he would make the sacrafice, he then shoots McCain in the chest at point blank range with a sawed-off shotgun. McCain is knocked back and is seen lying on the ground in a pool of blood, shocked that Obama has beaten him like this, he then dies, Obama then falls to his knees, badly wounded from the fight.. Sasha is able to explain the entire situation to the FBI and successfully convince them Obama's was not the real antagonist. Obama, now stuck in McCain's body and bleeding badly is found by the FBI and taken to the hospital to recover. They offer Obama to salvage what they can of his body but he tells them not to bother as he doesn't "need it anymore". The film ends with Obama (now in a new but similar body) flying in a small plane towards the sunset as Boys of Summer plays in the background.
